5 /5 Kristina Ledang: Tim did a 5 star job, best DIP nails ever! He was very detailed, made sure the nails matched in length and took his time to do a quality job (filing, etc.) He was friendly and would ask if I liked the length as well. It’s hard to find someone that doesn’t just rush to get the next customer in. Book with Tim, highly recommend! Updated review, Tim still does a wonderful job with the dip nails, he shapes and files them really well! I also had Tammy do nail art, she really took her time to review and make sure they looked the same on each hand.

5 /5 Sarah Adams: I’ve been going to Ava Spa and Nails for over a year every 2 weeks - I really love the attention to detail that Emily gives to my nails. I am super picky, particularly on shape, and she consistently delivers beautiful nails. They are also accommodating if I occasionally break one, and always offer me water. It’s a top favorite nail salon for me.

1 /5 Carla Zacarias: The lady doing my nails knew the nail was lifted and bumpy at the beginning, she kept tapping it. I just let it happen and see if she would fix it. She didn’t, so at the very end I showed her and she acted surprised and offered to fix it. At that point I was annoyed w the whole interaction and just paid and left. She was also extremely annoyed, bc I guess I couldn’t communicate in 10 seconds the exact shape and length I wanted. She was very impatient and rude. Definitely not going back.

1 /5 Jenna Filardi: I HOPE THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU READ! I’m writing this as I sit in the pedicure chair waiting for it to end. Turn around, save your money and time. Do not go to Ava Nails unless you want: - Small selection of gel colors with a broken color book to flip through - Out-of-order manicure steps: they soaked my nails at the end then filed and buffed them while still dripping wet - Facility and pedicure water smelled like sewer. Murky water - Unsanitary cuticle tools that were not peeled from a new / sanitary packet - Filthy facility: looked like floors hadn’t been swept in a year, nail clippings in my chair, dip powder and dremel dust in my cup holder etc. - Lazy and dry hand massage with little lotion - No cell service, WiFi does not work, no TVs or magazines The whole operation and facility was a complete mess without any professionalism or standards. If I could give this review 0, I would. I can’t believe they’re still open and a health code issue hasn’t closed shop. I literally stopped my manicurist in the middle of the service because I just knew the results would be awful. Take your business elsewhere!
