5 /5 Robert Rey: I had such a relaxing and wonderful experience getting my pedicure here. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was super clean and well-organized, and the attention to detail was amazing. My feet feel soft, and my nails look perfect — exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and a little self-care time.

5 /5 Briana Lacey-King: I went in for the little escape and the heavenly head bath- INCREDIBLE. I was so pampered throughout the day and the front desk staff was such a great host through all of my different treatments. Happy to support small locally owned spots, a similar package would be at LEAST double in any big name hotel spas. All of my service providers were so attendant and applied perfect pressure. The head bath was the star of the show though! My hair feels really soft afterwards and my scalp so clean!

5 /5 Caroline Simmons: The staff were so nice and welcoming, and the head massage was more than I could have expected! It was relaxing, every product smelled wonderful, and when I lost an earring (which I recommend you take out before the service) the masseuse found it and made sure I had it before I left.

4 /5 Kristin Cordz: *** Edit 11/21: I dont usually edit reviews, but I feel I have to revise my scoring due to the absolutely terrible system to make appointments. The website is hard to navigate and get a full understanding of what is included in each service. The providers are not identified by name but some obscure code. When I finally got someone to answer the phone (actually got a person on the phone after 2 attempts), I was told I had to call and book by phone to get a particular person. Which ok fine, but then calling results in repeated calls that connect and then are hung up from their end. When I mentioned it the first time, I was told it was "an issue" with their phone system. But I have tried to call 14 times today and have never actually gotten someone to say hello or anything even when the call was clearly connected. I wouldnt keep trying, but this is the only place I have found in the area that does true hard gel manicures and not just builder gel. Amy did a great job, but their appointment booking system needs major improvements! From 11/1: I needed a local place for getting my hard gel done. I had a great refill and awesome nebula design done with Amy. Glad to find a place to get my nails done in Austin.

1 /5 Diana M: Long time customer, but today’s exchange makes me wonder if it is no longer the Dream Spa I’ve known, loved and recommended to so many. It’s taking me so long to type any of this out because of the pain I have on my nails from them being ripped off and taking my real nail with them. The story: I came in less than a week ago for a fill, and asked for an approach to acrylics that would do the least damage to my real nails. I was told that was an acrylic overlay, which is essentially putting the acrylic on without sanding. Being that it was just a fill, I didn’t think anything of it and agreed to the approach. My tech was Diamond, and she repeatedly noted how they can do whatever we as customers request. Fast forward 4 days, and I had 3 nails fall off already. I decide to go back my next day off work and just ask that these 3 nails be replaced. It was agreed to be replaced, and the tech replacing them noticed more nails not adequately placed on me and starts to remove them. Being that I just spent over $150 on my last visit less than a week before, I inquired what was happening because I was not comfortable paying more because of a mistake not of my doing. They then brought Diamond over to me, who then immediately became defensive stating she repeatedly told me my nails would fall off if I didn’t file my nails, claiming I wouldn’t let her file my nails. Guys - quick q - would you agree to drop over $150 for a service that would not last a week? I think not. So why would I? This was never told to me, but she repeatedly talked over me saying she did. She did not. I had no idea asking for an acrylic overlay as a fill is the equivalent of saying “I’d like to have nails that will pop off as soon as possible” At this point, I just want to get my 3 nails replaced and leave as soon as possible, but I was instead placed back with Diamond who began to take off all my acrylic nails. I stopped her to ask what was happening, to which I was told I was going to get all my nails redone and I would get a 15% discount. I never agreed to this decision, and now my 3 nails became 8 nails missing. I speak to Ashley about this and we all come to the conclusion that I would get the remaining 2 nails off and just have my real nails painted. I just really wanted to leave. My remaining 2 acrylic nails were removed, and off came part of my real nails with them. I’m in pain and have a special event tomorrow. I’ll be sure to share this with all the people I’ve referred here, and precaution to you all reading this, looking to come here.
