5 /5 sarah villalobos: My mom and I have been with Amy for years and the work her and her staff do is amazing! The salon is always clean and the wait times are never unreasonable. I have recommended countless friends and family members and they have never complained or said the service was any less than gorgeous. I struggle with growing my nails, picking at the sides of my thumbs, and ingrown toenails; with every problem, Amy always has a helpful solution and tends to any imperfections without ever hurting me. I have gotten pedicures, manicures, dip, full sets, and eyebrow waxing done and I am never disappointed with the outcome. Amy and her staff know how to help you feel your most beautiful when you leave their salon.

1 /5 cari blakeslee: Unfortunately I was a regular here with Amy every 2 weeks for years but after how I was treated on Saturday I will not be back to this establishment. I went in around 11 am and signed in to get nails done with Amy, she was working on a lady’s pedicure which was fine but the problem was that she never once acknowledged me or even let me know how long the wait would be so after waiting 40 minutes for her to do my nails she still hadn’t talked to me, she would just look over at me and almost seemed annoyed I was there waiting. The lady finally got up after she got her pedicure so I thought I would be next since it was not busy and I was the only one waiting but instead of going to pay she went and sat down at Amy’s table to get her nails done. Amy went and sat down with her and started doing her nails without even talking to me that whole hour I was there waiting, I felt completely invisible. I thought it was extremely unprofessional not to communicate with someone waiting for you especially when I spend hundreds of dollars there a month, this is the reason I will no longer recommend this place to my friends or family. Response to the owner: LOL you all are doing something wrong considering you only have 3 stars. How dare you blame me and write a rude comment back to me when my review had nothing to do with having to wait. Since you had trouble reading/understanding why I gave you guys a one star review I guess I’ll have to explain further. I am not happy with how I was treated by Amy because of how you all train in your customer service skills at this place. It is really not that difficult to smile and acknowledge people when they walk in to your establishment instead of looking absolutely miserable plus she never even said a word to me. Not even a “Welcome to heaven nails, we will be right with you”. There are hundreds of other salons in El Paso that give better treatment than you guys do so I will continue to tell my friends and family to never support this place. Maybe next time you’ll learn how to apologize instead of being rude and blaming your customers, thank you so much for proving my point, can’t wait to see you go out of business :)

5 /5 Lani Williams: Sam did my nails and a young lady (still in high school) did my pedicure. Pedicure was first, she was kind and did every step in pedicure procedure, I didnt feel rushed. Waited a few minutes to get my nails done, sat down with Sam and told him I had a picture to show of how I wanted my nails, he said okay and got to work. My phone died right after I showed him the picture and when I said it out loud, he gave me a charging cable to charge my phone. It was so sweet. Anyway, he did my nails exactly like the picture. He kept asking if I liked them. He made sure every nail was straight. He said if I had any problems, I could come back and he would fix it. Truly a great experience. I will be coming back for sure.
