4 /5 Genevieve Ridolfo: I needed to find a new salon after ownership changed at the salon I had been going to for years. I started researching and followed HB Nails on IG and thought I would give them a try. I made an appointment and when I arrived, my appointment had actually been made for the following day, but Deena had time and graciously took me in. This was my first experience with a dry manicure. She was very gentle and had a very light touch. As you can see from the photos, this is a gel polish over my natural nail, the application was spot on! Im pretty rough with my hands and this gel polish lasted two days shy of the two week mark when I had cracks. But the shine of the gel polish lasted until I took it off.
I did experience an issue and the salon management responded very promptly. All staff is made aware of any issues that clients report so that things can be remedied quickly. Total for services was $45 and I left a 20% tip after that. $10 for a "soak off" of previous gel polish and $35 for dry manicure with gel nail polish. I would definitely go again, as Deena is a talented nail technician. I had not one bubble or weird squiggly line. Her application was flawless.
