1 /5 Zachary Holzworth: I went in today to get a manicure and pedicure. I know this place offers a variety of types of manicures and pedicures, so I asked to see the menu of services. The lady walked off and said she would be back. I waited about 10 mins. Then another lady who was getting a pedicure ready told me to come. But if they offer different types of pedicures, how could she now what I wanted? And I said no that I wanted to see the menu of services, so I could decide. The lady who was getting pedicure ready, said she would do manicure instead. And again I said I wanted to see the menu. And she looked at me all confused. I spoke English and she spoke Spanish, but still This is unacceptable! Asking to see the menu of services is common. I have come here before and the other ladies who spoke Spanish always gave me the menu of services. No excuse for the ladies not knowing. I just told them forget it and walked out. I am so mad. I wanted to have a relaxing evening and these ladies ruined it.
