Karla Morales Kris is the amazing technician I request because of her talent & kindness! She’s done such a great job with my acrylic sets, gel manicures, and my pedicures! I leave feeling so much more confident especially when I get my pedicures done with her. The place is clean and inviting and good environment.

Luna Itza First time coming to this nail spa and I loved it. I got a simple set with shellac and glitter for $30. My nail tech, Miriam, was very patient with me while I decided a color. I did a walk-in and received assistance within minutes. The vibe was chill and the salon was clean. Highly recommend!

Rocio Villalobos I had such a great experience at Only AA Nails & Spa! My sister and I went in for Valentine’s-themed acrylic nails and felt so welcomed from the moment we entered. The salon is absolutely beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere and great vibes all around. The nail techs are so talented and friendly, taking their time to make sure every detail was perfect. My nails turned out gorgeous, just as I envisioned! We even got to chat with the owners, who were so kind and made the experience even better. Definitely my new go-to spot, and I can’t wait to come back!

Clea Garza I had Kelsey and she did the best job on both my full set and my pedicure! I got a regular express pedicure, but I am very ticklish and she noticed and accommodated to that right away. For my full set I asked for a french tip with black instead of white and I can honestly say that this is the best set of nails I’ve ever received! She did exactly what I wanted and was very kind and gentle throughout the whole process! My mom came with me and got a regular mani/pedi as well and they look so amazing as well! 12/10!

Dagoberto J Rodriguez Getting pampered feels good, came with a friend and got pedicures on super bowl Sunday so it was slow which was good for us, good pedicure, friendly ladies and the place didn’t have that potent smell that they use on the ladies nails, like other places have, I usually just walk out when the place smells like that.

Ina M Great salon, very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Rhyan was great, very careful, I really liked her work. My daughter did her nails with Victoria. Wonderful nail tech, took her time with the design, great attention to detail, creative, suggested few modifications to original design that turned out awesome. Hermione Acosta Very respectful and clean nail spa in McAllen. The nail technician that helped me today was very respectful (I believe their name was Justin) and did a good job at explaining every step and even gave me feedback on the nails I had on. Prices are ok but for the customer service, it was worth it.
