1 /5 Melissa Garcia: We have used Hammer Automotive in the past and have referred many people to this business. After today, that is changing. We called to make an appt 2 weeks ago. Dropped the car off this morning as scheduled and was told he could only look at it today and any work that would need to be done would be another 2 weeks. When my husband called to check the status of the car, he said I am not going to look at it for 2 weeks. So we sent my daughter to pick it up since it would be another 2 weeks and was told we lost our place in line and that he does not call people back when he has time. I left our positive review as we did have great service in the past, but when we call ahead and make an appointment and we understand that business is good, we dont expect to be treated like this, he could have very easily called us and asked for us to reschedule.
