Kalei Heath Ok so I took my dodge in for an alternator issue and man was it pricey. It’s absolutely not their fault though it’s just a classic dodge surprise! It came with a 12k mile warranty. Yesterday my car threw the battery light while driving and I just knew it had to be that alternator. The battery was brand new and tested to ensure it was in working condition. I had to hobble my car to precision auto care on hopes and crossed fingers. It made it there and he told me i was at 10k miles of the warranty so it would be covered. I thought that I’d still have to pay for them to replace it which really had me stressing. All I had is a motorcycle to rely on which is great but not when storms are expected within the next couple of days. These people took my car in and had it out same day at zero cost. I can’t even explain how much they really saved the day for me. They didn’t cause any hassle, they didn’t try to rip me off, they are amazing! Really great service compared to every single mechanic shop I’ve ever taken my car to. These are trustworthy people and if anything ever goes wrong with my car, that’s who I’m taking it to! Thank you again!!!!

Stefanie Smith Had a great experience with jc auto repair. Took my car in to get checked out cause it was loud when I hit the gas. They told me I had a broken pipe and they ordered the part. So I told them I get the car after work and bring it back when the part comes in. When I went to pick it up after work they told me its fixed already . They really nice people and helped me out. Tried to tip them but they dont except tips. lol.

Isaiah Shean Was living in Temple for a year while mobilized for the military. As a service advisor/auto tech on the civilian side of my life, it is very hard to trust another shop that is not my own that I work for. I tried one place prior to Christian Brothers and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next and only shop I used the rest of the year I was here was this Christian Brother facility. My first interaction was with Spencer up front and to be honest he reminded me a bit of myself when it came to customer service. They always got me right in, Spencer and the other guys up front were always kind, I never had drips after having the oil changed, knowing the position I was in they never tried to sell me any unnecessary things. I always left feeling like they did a good job and I never had to worry. Appreciate the assistance, and was glad I didn’t have to worry about changing my own oil while I was down here. Thank you! If I’m ever back this way, this is where I’ll go.

Esse Wade I called Greens with a question about my car being repaired elsewhere and the charge. He was so gracious in giving me information knowing my vehicle was being serviced somewhere else. I will most definitely take it to Greens in the future. I feel he has integrity and honesty because of our conversation.

Travis Quintero Im just going to say this, David has earned my trust my business my moneys. I have a 2004 Corvette , and Corvette owners dont just take theyre Corvettes to just anyone...A Common issue with C5s and C6s are the harmonic dampers , David did it right. I am really cheering for you David , your business is going to soar.

Danielle Welch My husband already left a review but I just wanted to share my experience. As a mom of 4, being without a vehicle for a long period of time can be very disruptive to our lifestyle. THANKFULLY, we didn’t have to worry about that with Reasonable Auto Repair. They had my car for less than 36 hours and we were back on the road again. I felt that the price we paid for the alternator replacement was very fair & the staff was friendly! I’m going to be honest… this was our first time using this repair shop and upon arrival I wasn’t really impressed with the shop location and size. I judged a book by a cover and I am ashamed that I did because the service we received was better than some of the bigger chains we are used to going to. We’re new to the area… but it’s safe to say we’re going to be using Reasonable again!! Thank you!!

Tyrone Rice They installed a stage 2 kit on my Coleman mini bike and my son’s Coleman go kart. The price point was awesome, the service and communication was quick and great, and most of all they haul ass. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Shane Parker Great mechanic! Quick turn around, honest and transparent. Definitely a go to shop when you cant afford to be without a car for a while. They do pridefully work at reasonable prices.
