Tom LeClare I cant say enough good things about Pasadena pro. Ive been taking my cats here for years. I have found Richard and his team to be honest and fair. Honoring warranties better than expected. They dont add on issues that dont exist. And work has always been done in a timely manner. Price has always been fair as well. If you want an honest fair mechanic take your car here. My cars go no place else for repairs.

Miguel Angel got work done on my crown victory... had them change my radiator... told them that was my backup car that I really dont use so I told him he could take his time on it....he still had it ready the next day ... I called several mechanic shops and he was the most affordable from the professional shops, obviously not as cheap as backyard mechanics but Id rather have a professional do my work... also Ive sent a few friends his way and they say he did good work, doesnt try to add additional work thats not needed like most mechanics...

Nava Nava 5 out of 5 definitely! Pasadena Auto Service did an amazing job fixing the air conditioning on my wife’s car. They were fast, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding—everyone we dealt with was friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers both great work and great service, but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, efficient, and affordable auto repair! I definitely will be coming back.

Loretta Reading the reviews I was a little nervous, but Im happy that I did go to this mechanic shop. They were friendly and the pricing was the best near me. I got a few things done on my car and they were all done the same day. They explained everything to me and what all was done and needed to be done to my car. I also loved that I brought my own parts and there was not a issue with it. My car is running much better and Im happy I found an honest mechanic. Will visit again.
