I went to Eric’s Car Care – Medical Center to get a pre-owned car inspected before finalizing my purchase. Initially, everything seemed fine – they gave me a time and price estimate, and I even called ahead before arriving to check on the status. Over the phone, they lied and told me the inspection was “almost done.”
But when I arrived, I ended up waiting over 3 hours only to be told that nothing had been done. That’s already bad enough – but what followed was even worse.
They had the audacity to lie to the seller of the car, telling him that I never paid, which is why they didn’t start the inspection. This is a complete fabrication. I specifically asked them when I arrived whether I should pay now or later – and they told me to pay later!
Their behavior was not just unprofessional – it was deceptive and irresponsible. They messed up the entire deal and wasted my time, effort, and trust. This is not how you treat customers who come to you in good faith. If you value your time, money, and integrity, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this place.
Eric’s Car Care failed on every level – from communication and service to honesty and customer respect.
