Jason Robinson The check in person at the front, older man, probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, at a business. You may not like your job and you may not like the public, but you chose to sit in that chair and check people in. You should at least try to have common courtesy to address people in a reasonable manner. lose attitude, you would think there was no training on how to address the public, unbelievable. Hey look I’m in good company. You’re 100% dissatisfaction based on the review below mine

Don Logan I went to Dr. Otto as a new patient and my experience could not have been any better. The office staff were all very courteous, but also efficient and helpful. Dr. Otto was very thorough for basically a get to know you appointment, he spent additional time giving me a lot of useful information about the community, and some other specialist Dr.s that I might need. When my records were received from my previous family Dr, the office staff actually spent the time and reviewed my medical history and then called me with a recommendation for a specialist and followed through by forwarding everything needed to see the specialist. I feel that the staff and Dr Otto went way beyond just what was necessary. I highly recommend Dr Otto and the Family Medical Center of Georgetown

Maria B. Dr. Spitler is a great doctor. She listens, empathizes and offers compassionate care. It takes me about 30 minutes to get to her office but the drive is worth it. :) I highly recommend her.

Pat Sims I have complete trust in Dr. Willingham. He’s very thorough and attentive during my visits and makes every effort to insure he provides the best care possible. He makes sure I feel it all about me and never rushes me to leave!

Opal Y Me and my family just love her. She remembers you always she takes time to Listen to your concerns if you need to get in with her when you’re sick she make sure that They squeeze you in she very knowledgeable. She shows you that she really cares. Her nurses are really sweet too and the receptionist is really nice too. everybody in that Clinic is and we will continue going there.

S Henderson Although I reside in Houston and see doctors here, I always ask and/or sign authorization for my medical records to be passed on to Dr. Willis. Unfortunately, this does not happen, though I continue to remind the ones I see in Houston. I now share my records with Dr. Willis when I make an appointment to see him. Because he is such a caring, competent physician, he works with me in insuring I get the best of care. Thank you, Dr. Willis, for being the caring and attentive physician you are AND having well trained, competent Staff to assist you. I greatly appreciate how you work with my other local physician to ensure my healthcare is comprehensive. You are the best!

Luke Madsen Had to visit the ER with my daughter. Gotta say, best hospital experience EVER! From the people who screen at the front door to the nurses and Drs bedside manner, this was a wonderful experience considering it was an ER visit. Everyone was friendly, personable, and the Drs explained everything in a very understandable way. Medicine made sense to us. Every person who walked out of the room we followed up with, "Wow, theyre so friendly here." Its like we were all family.

Jen Mauldin My family and I have used the Family Medical Center for many years. No matter who we see.. the doctors, PAs, nurses we have found them to be highly professional and compassionate. I especially appreciate that the clinic is open on Saturday mornings and that they allow walk-ins. Very appreciative of Dr. Snook and the team at FMC.
