5 /5 Don Logan: I went to Dr. Otto as a new patient and my experience could not have been any better. The office staff were all very courteous, but also efficient and helpful. Dr. Otto was very thorough for basically a get to know you appointment, he spent additional time giving me a lot of useful information about the community, and some other specialist Dr.s that I might need. When my records were received from my previous family Dr, the office staff actually spent the time and reviewed my medical history and then called me with a recommendation for a specialist and followed through by forwarding everything needed to see the specialist. I feel that the staff and Dr Otto went way beyond just what was necessary. I highly recommend Dr Otto and the Family Medical Center of Georgetown

5 /5 Stu Symonds: I have been seeing Dr. Otto and/or other providers at Family Medical Center for over 10 years. The care for my health has been outstanding. Dr. Otto truly cares about my health and well being. He will spend extra time with me to ensure I am healthy and well taken care of. He includes my “quality of life” factor into my medication needs. He is very happy with my health care successes. On the down side, sometimes the wait to see the doctor can be long. Dr. Otto is a good man and I always enjoy my appointments with him. It is also very convenient to be able to see other providers when Dr. Otto is not available.

5 /5 Charles Aguillon: Dr. Otto has been my doctor for well over a decade. Even though we moved an hour away recently, my family have remained his patients due to the high level of care he provides. He goes above and beyond to ensure that he can be reached when I have concerns. All members of my family, including my Father, have received excellent care over the years and we can not be happier to call Dr. Otto our primary care physician!!! I highly recommend him!

5 /5 Barbara Szendrey: This is the most awesome medical facility I have ever been in. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. So welcoming and warm. Highly recommend Family Medical Center. NOW Dr. Richard Otto - I dont even have words to express how fantastic he is. First new doctor Ive had in many many years. He made me feel calm, comfortable, and like a human. Dr. Otto talked me through the entire exam explaining every step of every procedure. Charlie his nurse was also fantastic. Very very warm and kind. I love these two and this facility!

5 /5 Wendy W: Dr Otto and his staff are the most caring, intelligent doctors and receptionists I’ve ever come across. They love their patients and they truly care about your health. Sometimes there’s a tiny bit of a wait but it’s worth it. You will never find a more caring and warm doctor than Dr Otto and I recommend him whole heartedly.
