Lisandra Morales Ive been going to this shop for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say its the only place I trust completely. That level of trust means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate having a shop like this. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is phenomenal—Michelle, in particular, always blows me away. I dont know how she does it, but she remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my warranties every time I visit. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop with such genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Brandon Hinsley I have had nothing but great work come out of here. This will be my third time taking my Jeep to them. So far every time I have left satisfied and my Jeep runs so well. He is very communicative, provides honest estimates before work is conducted, and allows you to provide your own parts. He is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Joe Rogers Great place! Great people. There’s not much (if anything) they can’t, won’t, or don’t do. Gave me a good deal on getting my A/C working in a hot day. Gotta love it. Could have easily told me my compressor was bad or whatever else to jack up the bill. He didn’t, saved me money and gave me a deal on also. Have had any issues with it since. Not only does he have a new customer, I told my family as well and they’re taking the cars there also. Highly recommend- hard to find good honest mechanics who understand that doing good work, being honest and providing value is core to long term success.

Alexis Grojean Recently took my Jeep in and had a lovely experience. The lady who runs the front like a boss, was absolutely amazing to me. Always heard me out and helped me get my jeep back up and running. She called all over to find a camshaft for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but she never stopped busting her butt to find one for my Jeep. I just received my jeep today and she is running better than before! I will update this in a few weeks but I highly recommend Als SuperCenter! Amazing customer service, endless efforts to fix your vehicle in a timely manner and everyone was super kind/friendly. I will be back for all of my future services.

kamri reid The best in the area. Finding an honest mechanic, especially in this area is very hard to come by. I have recommended everyone I know to Craig. He will not nickel and dime you. If there is something genuinely wrong with your vehicle, he will let you know, and quote you a price before he does anything. I was taking my vehicle elsewhere for the normal maintenance, and they were NOT doing what they were suppose to be doing. Craig has been doing my oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc. He’s not only the best mechanic around, he’s the best uncle as well. Highly recommend!

Johnathan-Lee G. Perez Let me tell you about my day, what a great day to be out in the sunshine. So I live in Killeen was heading towards Belton and got a flat tire in a cargo van. Super over sized tire, so I knew that Rays Certified Mechanics was just right up the road cause the spare needed more air. So I pulled in to ask the mechanic if they could add some air to my tire, that I just changed out. I spoke with the gentleman named Kirby, super friendly guy, said it was no problem and quickly helped put air in the tire. Woot woot to Kirby, for such great customer service, with a friendly smile. Thank you so much for your help sir. I hope his customer service skills is a reflection of how his company treats him. JLGP

Greg Bradle Service advisor Alex Munoz and Eric were both great to work with. They are very good with communication, and did an excellent thorough inspection of the van I had just purchased.

Jerry Landrum Luis did a valve cover gasket for me recently and did a fantastic job. He was meticulous, professional, and he cleaned his fingerprints off my car! He gave me a fair price and he did it in my driveway. I was able to drive the car to my government job this morning right on schedule. Thank you, Luis! I will definitely be calling you again.
