I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of automotive service.
That said, my experience with the rest of the team highlighted an area for improvement—particularly in communication and follow-through. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it took interactions with four different advisors before I was finally informed that Paula was assisting another customer in the drop-off area. Each of the previous advisors assured me they would either locate Paula or provide an update, but none of them followed up. This lack of coordination created unnecessary confusion and frustration. A simple update or clearer communication from the team could have made the experience much smoother.
I’d also like to point out that in the owner’s response to my review, I was addressed as “David,” despite my actual name being clearly displayed. This oversight raises the question of whether my review was even read at all. If youre going to respond, I would suggest taking a moment to read the content and address the reviewer correctly—rather than issuing what feels like a generic, copy-and-paste response.
