Taylor Frost Outstanding mechanic who has been professional with me on every interaction. He gives great prices and does work that lasts a long time. I couldnt recommend a better mechanic shop. This is the only place around Killeen I trust with my auto care needs.

SharpieLady My car stalled completely while driving to work, and after looking around at options in the Killeen area to get it fixed, I found that Mayo Autoworks was the best fit for the job. They offered towing for cheaper than others, and it only took 30 minutes for them to arrive and take my car to get repaired. After running the diagnostic, they found that the EGR valve and throttle body of my Land Rover were leaking and needed to be cleaned/replaced. From Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon was all it took to get the parts ordered and everything serviced. The diagnostic also revealed problems i may encounter later on in my car so I am aware of any issues that may happen. They also included pictures with detailed records from the mechanic. When I had questions for the mechanic regarding my cars health, I was able to call Bridget (who works the front desk) and she was able to get Jacob the technician on the phone with me to answer my questions. Flexible non interest payment plans were also offered for me, which I appreciated as Land Rovers are more unique cars that need special attention/parts. Thanks for helping me and my old 20 year old car out this week!

Johnathan-Lee G. Perez Let me tell you about my day, what a great day to be out in the sunshine. So I live in Killeen was heading towards Belton and got a flat tire in a cargo van. Super over sized tire, so I knew that Rays Certified Mechanics was just right up the road cause the spare needed more air. So I pulled in to ask the mechanic if they could add some air to my tire, that I just changed out. I spoke with the gentleman named Kirby, super friendly guy, said it was no problem and quickly helped put air in the tire. Woot woot to Kirby, for such great customer service, with a friendly smile. Thank you so much for your help sir. I hope his customer service skills is a reflection of how his company treats him. JLGP

Lisandra Morales Ive been going to this shop for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say its the only place I trust completely. That level of trust means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate having a shop like this. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is phenomenal—Michelle, in particular, always blows me away. I dont know how she does it, but she remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my warranties every time I visit. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop with such genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I’ve had my alignment done to get ready for the track and my clutch replaced; couldn’t be more happier with the work done and the service received. Serenity I dropped my car off with no appointment and I was concerned they would have it for days since I didnt have appointment but by 12 ish they were done. I took it in for something but they advise me to take it to the dealer after they inspected to check for the problem. I proceed to ask for the amount (which I thought was like anywhere between $50-$200) and she said “u are all good, don’t worry about it”… They are definitely NOT money hungry. I had taking my previous car there and also had a good experience. Thanks for taking the time and also printing stuff for me to read as well so I can take it to the dealer.. Thank you again. Tamoara Dawn Five words to the general public. No words to discribe Robinsons Automotive. I guess what fits best, is Phenominal; I say this about the man himself. He is an incredibly honest and people before profit kind of guy. If he quotes it, hes giving you the best quote youll find. Period. As far as his commitment and mechanical knowledge and expertise, he is second to none. He gaurantees his work and meets deadline, or is done sooner. He ensures his employees stand and deliver, just as he does, no matter WHAT kind of vehicle it. You will get your vehicle back exactly the same as when you left it, no scratches, no dings, no dirty or oily feet, nor hand-prints left in, or on, the extetior or interior of your car. The long and short of it, save money, save time, and never have to second guess whether or not youre getting what you pay for. Real talk.
