Wanted to make that right.Teo Was quick to respond to my phone call and got her vehicle in quickly for diagnosis and a repair plan. After a few small changes in the plan, the car was fixed promptly when promised at a fair price. Now she needs a jacket when she’s in her car. Highly recommend Teo and his crew.

Ruben Hernandez I live out of town. And I’m moving to Killeen. I paid for all my parts on my Audi that needed to get done when I came back into town. They were ready for my vehicle.. I just called L&H and said I was on my way to town. They said bring it in the next day., they worked on my car and not only did they do the maintenance on it. They also let me know that it had a leak and they would be happy to work on it for me to just let them know.. see the thing is I knew there was a leak in it already so this wasn’t someone who made a leak happen in my Audi I knew there was a coolant leak so the fact that they not only did the maintenance on my vehicle but found something wrong with it and reported it to me says a lot about the shop…. They actually care about the customers., and they care about business. The atmosphere is amazing when you go there you treated me like family. If you have to wait on your vehicle, right next-door to them and s a food truck park. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I ate some amazing wings also. I recommend them to anybody whether you need an oil change or extensive work done on your vehicle….. the mechanics know how to work on Audi’s that should tell you everything you need to know. And above all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jeremy G This was the first time I have been there due to being from Florida. We needed an oil change and our entertainment center acted up as I was driving there. No appointment was needed. Alberto greeted me and explained how everything works. They even checked out my entertainment center and got it working before I left. Having never been there before, Alberto walked me around the entire service center explaining why they moved to this location, how everything was set up for a more efficient working environment, and showed me all of the lounges for the customers. Alberto was professional, polite and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to everyone. If I am ever back in this area and I need my truck worked on, I know I can come back to ServiceMax and be taken care of.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was very competitive. But what really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was just right. They even showed me the old parts and explained what had caused the wear, which helped me understand the importance of regular maintenance.
