Destiny cheyenne I have sickle cell and visit quite a lot and everyone is always sooo nice to me and never judges me when I’m in pain or have to come in a lot due to the pain they always listen to my care plan and never look at me like I’m a addict cause I’m far from it people just always get that impression from us sickle cell patients and they never do me that way I can’t thank this hospital enough

Amy Garner Dr. Smith is fantastic! She always explains to my daughter what she is doing and why. Her personality is warming and makes you feel like youve known her for a long time. Weve had a few pediatricians over the years but she is by far my favorite.

John Valentine I gave them 5 stars despite them telling me theyd call me back and never did. The staff are really wonderful from the 2 ladies that greet you, to the nurses that are always polite and if you get Rebecca as a NP shes awesome. She truly cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to get you taken care of.

Amena Larson I don’t know why this location is getting bad reviews. We’ve been probably 10 times in total and have never had a bad experience. I get people complaining about the cost, but it’s an emergency room, that’s the same everywhere.

Betty Wilson I went to the main emergency room on gentry for a cold. The main hospital took forever then gave me the wrong medicine because it interacts with epileptic seizures. I walked in at this clinic to get looked at again and was looking for a primary care Dr. I was being checked out within 30minutes. Got the proper care needed with the correct medication the cold was knocked out within a couple of days. Very polite and friendly ppl And had me set up with a follow up within 2 weeks.

Zachary Oneal Jeff has always been a wonderful doctor for both of my children. The front office staff and nurses are tenured and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone, and have already referred many friends to him!

Jessica S. Vanderburg I brought my 10 year old daughter to the emergency room because she was having an allergic reaction. The team was so kind and caring. Beginning with the admitting clerk , to Renae, RN who brought us to triage and immediately notified the physician Dr. Anyanwu. We went straight to a room where Ashton, RN started an IV while talking and calming my daughter. The medications they administered worked pretty quickly and everyone was so compassionate, attentive, and understanding while they explained things to my daughter. 10/10 recommend this emergency department if you need care!
