5 /5 B Man: The provider was quick but thorough. My shoulder was on fire, I couldn’t even lift it and hadn’t slept in three days. I had hoped she’d be able to give an injection and she did. Less than a day later and I actually was able to sleep and my shoulder is not as tight, and I can actually lift it without searing pain.

5 /5 Ebony Dailey: Wanting for an appointment for my back. The team there was great! There was a bit of a wait to be seen but they were courteous throughout the entirety of the visit. The front desk was warm and very friendly. The Xray tech was very patient and helped very well with my positioning for the scans. The practitioner that saw me had a great attitude. The billing and scheduling with Deja was very quick and she was able to find times that worked for my schedule. It was just an overall great experience!

5 /5 Gary Oldham: DOC sets the standard for what medicine should be today. First, office staff and techs are all friendly, personable, and efficient. Medical staff, and I’ll highlight Erika Deardorf, PA, by name, are fantastic. Erika took so much time with me, discussing my problem and history, doing a thorough assessment, and educating me patiently. She presented and we discussed a sensible treatment plan, and I felt a part of that discussion. I literally can’t think of a single thing I’d like or expect to be done better or differently. This is exactly what I’d hope to experience from healthcare professionals but never, until today, have gotten to experience. Fantastic experience all the way around. 10/10 would recommend (and already have to multiple friends.)

5 /5 Rose Ann Kilpatrick: This was my second visit to DOC. The first time I broke my finger and this time I sprained my wrist. DOC is the perfect place for small things like mine. They are so convenient, professional and efficient. I believe I get top quality care without a lot of hassle. I highly recommend DOC!!

1 /5 Devion Tharpe: Personally would not recommend. From the time the provider got into the room until leaving was maybe sub ~6 minutes. The most received from the visit was a speculated injury before MRI, which makes sense as I wouldn’t expect the provider to be able to see into my knee. However, I think it would be pretty crucial to discuss care between now and the final diagnosis, information around what the situation at hand could be, and even creating a space for questions to be asked about what I as a patient could be experiencing. All which were not provided by the PA. Even when being brought up to the front, I asked if I could just ask a few questions to the provider. The most I was offered was my clinical notes. Terrible display of showing care.
