Matthew Warner Called at 9AM on a Saturday, brought the car for total brake pad + rotor replacement, service was done by 12:30PM. Fast, easy, fairly priced ($300 for service, $460 for parts + supplies), Oscar is knowledgeable and very friendly. They did have two pit bulls just kind of roaming the store but they were friendly too. The service came with a 1 year warranty, all around great experience!

jacqueline ziebis Best auto shop in North Austin. The guys here really know what they are doing. Great work ethic, timely, honest and transparent about repairs and cost. My car was having some electrical issues and Josh fixed it right away! This shop does a great job getting your car looked at and worked on asap and won’t have you waiting days or hours for updates and progress. I got my car back within a day. Best experience so far.

Joe A My last experience at Tech One Auto with my 2012 Shelby was with Austin and was an absolutely amazing experience. His honesty, experience and knowledge turned a somewhat disastrous experience for me into a trustful relationship in which I will be a life-long customer. I wont get into details but the turnaround of my situation when I arrived to where I ended up when I left was transformational. Maggies positive attitude and honest nature also adds to the customer experience each time. Ill admit Im not always the easiest customer to please so writing these types of reviews is not something I do on a regular basis and only when the service is truly exceptional. Tech One Auto took over Gordon Automotive that was family owned however when you leave Tech One Auto you also feel like part of the family.

Ryan took care of my son’s truck with a level of honesty and clarity that’s hard to find. He didn’t just fix the issue. He made sure my son understood what was happening and how they would handle it. No fluff. Just straightforward communication and a fair solution. What stood out most was the feeling. This is a family-owned business that treats you like one of their own. It’s focused on the customer, not just the transaction. And it’s clear they care about building real relationships that support the community, not just doing business in it. The shop itself is welcoming and clean, with a surprising number of bays ready to serve. And something tells me those bays will be busy once more people discover the kind of care and value Ryan and his family bring. We’re thankful, we’re impressed, and we’re definitely coming back.

Rick Snider Most of the time, getting your car repaired is an onerous task. Finding a real mechanic is difficult as most shops today focus on parts replacement rather than real diagnosis. And who among us has not felt they were taken advantage of when the bill arrives? Yup, unless youre mechanically inclined, it can be tough to know if the repairs are legitimate. After getting suspiciously high repair estimate from my friendly local dealer (whose name I wont mention to protect the guilty), I looked for a second opinion and found All Tune on Yelp. They were busy but were able to get me into the shop a week later. Well, it took all of 15 minutes to determine that I didnt need any of the recommended repairs. All Tune took the time to show me the parts in question and treated me respectfully. They also looked up my service schedule and let me know when I would really need to perform maintenance. Even more, they didnt charge me for their time. Ill be bringing my car back to All Tune when I need service. These guys are the real deal, the bomb. Thank you All Tune! Highly highly recommended.

Milton Corven This place is hands-down one of the best shops I’ve been to. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and really takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle. They specialize in BMWs and Minis, and it shows they know these cars inside and out. I felt confident leaving my car in their hands, and the work was done right the first time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert European auto care!

G KE (M) This is a mechanic shop I trust. Years ago, they told me not to spend money trying to fix my ancient vehicle, when they could have charged a fortune to "fix" it. This last visit they told me my filters were clean on my (newer) car, when they could have just charged me to change them. They are courteous and capable.

Sierra Pizarro So convenient; so friendly; fairly-priced. I discovered this spot after receiving some coupons from them in the mail. Prior to this I planned on getting an oil change and wheel alignment at Meineke (~$200). I got both done at Amazing for around $130 (original price: ~$150). I waited for my car inside their lobby: they have WiFi, snacks, super cold ac, really cute restroom, and drinks!

Jason Davis I called Juke Auto right when they opened to see if they could squeeze me in, my skid plate was dragging and making a terrible noise, and I wanted to get it fixed before it got any worse. I spoke with Sal on the phone, and he was incredibly friendly and told me to come right over, they’d be happy to take a look. And I’m so glad I did! The team at Juke Auto was fast, efficient, and honest. They fixed the issue quickly at a great price and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops tend to do. As a first-time customer, I was seriously impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such great care of me today!
