5 /5 Rick Snider: Most of the time, getting your car repaired is an onerous task. Finding a real mechanic is difficult as most shops today focus on parts replacement rather than real diagnosis. And who among us has not felt they were taken advantage of when the bill arrives? Yup, unless youre mechanically inclined, it can be tough to know if the repairs are legitimate. After getting suspiciously high repair estimate from my friendly local dealer (whose name I wont mention to protect the guilty), I looked for a second opinion and found All Tune on Yelp. They were busy but were able to get me into the shop a week later. Well, it took all of 15 minutes to determine that I didnt need any of the recommended repairs. All Tune took the time to show me the parts in question and treated me respectfully. They also looked up my service schedule and let me know when I would really need to perform maintenance. Even more, they didnt charge me for their time. Ill be bringing my car back to All Tune when I need service. These guys are the real deal, the bomb. Thank you All Tune! Highly highly recommended.

5 /5 HatestoShop: Not my first time at All Tune on MoPac. This time I took the car in with a dead battery. They charged the battery, then kept it overnight to make sure it held the charge. While the car was there, they also checked out the starter & alternator just in case that’s what drained the battery (it was my fault). The most outstanding thing about this thorough service was that it cost MUCH less than I expected. Front desk told me “we want to keep our customers.” Have always gotten fantastic service at All Tune on MoPac & always recommend them to my friends & family. I recommend them to you too.

5 /5 Melinda Nguyen: Wow! I received same-day service. My dealership quoted me a price for axle replacement, but Auto did the job for $800 less. I dropped off my car, and Mark quickly called me back to explain what was needed and provided an estimated cost. By 4:30 PM, it was ready! I hope the mechanic stayed warm—I happened to choose one of the coldest days in Austin for my service. When I arrived at 6 PM, right at closing, Mark still took the time to explain the issue and how it was fixed. Thank you for your excellent service! I’ll be recommending you to everyone. In fact, I found out about you through a friend who goes to All Tune Auto.

1 /5 Rory McGee: Didn’t even make it in the door for my appt before I was met by one of the mechanics and was told to move my car so he could park in my spot. It wasn’t reserved and was the only public parking available at the time. I moved my car to another shop with great customer service and won’t be back to All Tune no Lube Total Car Care. @management - you should probably coach up some of your guys so they know to put the paying customers first. Last I checked, paying customers keep the lights on, not an entitled mechanic.

5 /5 Michael Langer: All Tune and Lube took great care of my car. They replaced control arms on the suspension and the brake pads on my Subaru. Despite being one of the cheapest places around, everything was done professionally and the work started and completed promptly.
