Love to c folks like Richard. He got his team to work and set expectations regarding the time. They offer free internet through the wait. Work done to perfection as promised and car delivered. Kimberly Perez I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Stvn455 Bryce and Wes were very helpful. I had to travel for work and they serviced my vehicle while I was away. Drop-off was easy and they kept me informed through each step of the process. The technician, Harrison, had trouble duplicating my concern because I didnt describe it correctly. Firestone called me, got more info, found the problem, and fixed it. I picked it up today and the entire transaction was smooth. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

Spencer Langley Rare to find a shop this good, honest and flexible. They quoted me for a suspension job using my own parts based on book time of 3.5 hours. It took them less time and they charged me for the actual time. Yes, they charged me less $$ than the original quote. I realize this could go the other way and they may have charged more if presented with a difficult circumstance. Fortunately, the risk of going longer is mitigated when the service provider employs experienced professionals who take pride in their work and have the right tools. This is what you get at LD Automotive. Ive already referred others here.

Santos Ozuna I went to Fix a Dent and Luke did a spectacular job. I sent him over photos and he gave me an estimate immediately. He was able to accomadate me on my day off as well. I showed up at noon and he gave me a ride to wherever I wanted which was above and beyond. I will definitely refer him to a friend

Luke, Chris, and Jack took the time to explain the issues with my car thoroughly and honestly, making sure I understood exactly what was going on, and never pushed for any unnecessary treatments. I was referred to this place and was told they perform a thorough, multi-angle inspection, similar to what youd expect at a certified dealership, but without the inflated prices. Im glad I followed that recommendation. The Uber shuttle service they provided was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the whole experience much more convenient. I truly felt my car was in good hands, they stayed in touch regularly, kept me updated every step of the way, and even followed up a few days after I got my car back to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Bobby Martin When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Coco Ledesma After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

Board I had a small job that needed done so I took an auto part to Advanced Auto Hail and Collision Repair for painting as I was doing restoration work on a vehicle myself, but I needed a part painted. Advanced Auto Collision Repair did a perfect paint job on my Jeep fender. Coverage, smoothness of the paint and deepness of the color was perfect. Could not ask for a better job at a very reasonable price. Ask for Juan, hell take good care of you.
