Stvn455 Bryce and Wes were very helpful. I had to travel for work and they serviced my vehicle while I was away. Drop-off was easy and they kept me informed through each step of the process. The technician, Harrison, had trouble duplicating my concern because I didnt describe it correctly. Firestone called me, got more info, found the problem, and fixed it. I picked it up today and the entire transaction was smooth. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

Rolando Villicana I usually dont write reviews but definitely earned. As I was driving with my son my ture sensors started going off. I stopped by a gas station to realize my tire was punctured. These guys were next door with around mins to closing time. They still took me in, fixed me up and put me and my son back on the road. They were friendly and professional. Thank you for being that type of business.

Bobby Martin When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind.
