2 /5 Crystal R: When I first went last Friday the experience was not bad. I expected more from the Pedi with the massage and hot wax than what I did. My nail polish came off the next day, off 2 of my toenails. The lady that did my manicure was very sweet and did a good job at getting the nail how I wanted, but the next day it looked like I needed a fill on my left hand and my middle finger was starting to come off a tad. I didnt get to go back immediately to have it looked at or fixed given the fact that I was oit of town and was already rushing to get out. So I finally had a chance today to go speak in person to them to see what we can do about getting it fixed. The whole procedure was 85 so surely they could accommodate right! Well they didnt do nothing about the toenail polish, ok I could live with that. And they put glue on the nail that was coming off, they shorten 2 of my nails but didnt even make them look similar to the others instead of coffin type it looks now like French manicure on 2 of my nails. I honestly should of left them the way they way before. Idk if the lady that fixed it this time just did it cause she thought I was being a nuisance but I was very polite and just trying to get my point across. I mean we spend tons of money for it to be done correctly and if not hopefully fixed. Very disappointed in my nails now so for this reason Im giving a 2 star rating! Also the two that were shortened look crooked so yea. Nothing against the rest of the workers but the man and the lady with very short hair I wouldnt recommend. The lady that did my nails originally I would, like I said I think she did great other than that issue with looking like I needed a fill the next day. And the Hispanic lady that did my friends pedi well she did a good job and her nail polish is still on.
