1 /5 Peter Cowman: 0 Stars, They did not sent my Express £149 covid certificate. They told me it was sent but I did not receive anything (i asked for proof it was sent, but they cannot give any). Now they will not refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. apart from this. it was a nice place with efficient staff.

1 /5 Lizeth Ruiz: I am completely unsatisfied & disappointed with the way Dr Juan Gil treated my mother at her appointment on 1/12/23. The doctor called my mother fat & said she needed to lose weight. There are other ways of saying it in regards to her health but he clearly told her " you are fat & need to lose weight" I have never ever experienced any professional speak in that manner. There are ways of communicating health without flat out insulting. My mother is elderly, he also told her that she shouldnt be wearing a jacket & he tugged it off of her. I am completely shocked & astonished by this type of behavior. There were other things also said and done without running test. I would definitely not recommend this doctor. I am highly disappointed & saddened by the way elderly people are treated at this facility. My mother had gone to a different doctor & the things that were wrong were her were explained, he also told her he had high cholesterol without running any test. While another doctor told her she did not have any health issues in that aspect. I strongly believe this office is taking advantage of her & her insurance, the way she was treated at her appointment is completely disrespectful & wrong
