1 /5 Marie Rogers: I would get the first appt of day in hopes of a speedy exit. She made me wait so long I had to use a half day of pto just to get a rx renewal. So started getting last appt of day to limit work time lost. She fat shamed me and it was behind my back, leaving room the raising voice so I would hear. Last time I went. I only ever needed a low dose rx. She did yearly diagnostic tests scheduled so patients came in every 3 months. Originally the scheduler and nurse were long time employees but the scheduler got fed up and quit and the sane wonderful nurse left because her husband got transferred. My last time there was in 2015 and I doubt I could get my records as if you delayed an appt past 3 months they had to re enter it all over again. She does have paper files but good luck there.

1 /5 Kent Atwood: Fast Food of Doctor Offices. Dr. Doctor is very personable and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. Thats where it stops. She is unkind to her staff and yells at them down the hall. She makes very rushed judgments, does not listen well, has inaccurate or incomplete records, makes comments about test results of tests that have never been done, got after me for gaining weight when I had lost significantly, sends sloppy or inaccurate prescription requests to the pharmacy, and will only discuss one condition per visit. If you want to talk about both a sinus infection and joint pain, they must be 2 separate appointments. She also refused to give me the results of my blood test unless I make another appointment, or give me a copy of my own records. I like her a lot as a person. As a physician, she takes the approach of an angry manager yelling from the back of the kitchen at a Taco Bell

2 /5 Pam Roper: Dr. Doctor is a very good doctor. She keeps accurate records, she was personable and straight forward with me. My problem was her method of refilling prescriptions. She set me up a followup for 3 months. Evidentally she neglected to assure that I had appropriate refills. I ran out of a diabetes medicine and she would not refill it unless I came in which meant that I would have to pay my copay and she would bill the ins company 300.00 just to write a script...it wasnt a pain med...it was blood sugar med...She will nickle and dime you with coming in to discuss blood work again a co pay and she bills insurance when its something that doesnt require any more meds just a discussion...and if you happen to have a sore throat pop up a day before your appt dont bother asking her if she will look at it...the response I got was she doesnt do any "by the way since Im here" check ups that requires yet another appt...another copay...bill the ins. company. If she could have been understanding about silly things like simple refills she would still be my Dr. I cant go without daily meds because she wants a copay to write a refill...thats just stupid. So watch it she will nickle and dime you like crazy and the wait time is an hour to an hour and a half before she actually sees you...so plan PLENTY of time!
