1 /5 FBImavrick 78: In all seriousness.. how’s this place even open? Read the reviews and you’ll see it’s a miracle they’re even open. Listen, if your a massage therapist it’s your job to bring relief to people..it’s that simple. People come to this spa under a lot of stress and pain just to be treated poorly(if you get service at all that is). Like others, I went in and asked for a massage. As soon as the therapist saw me (older blonde woman)she storms out rudely saying “ITLL BE 20 MINUTES!! IM GOING TO LUNCH!!”. So they put me on the waiting list. I’m the first person so I’m told it’s a 20 minute wait. 20minutes goes by.. no text, then another 25 minutes go by, nothing. So I poke my head in and the therapist is standing there just chatting away with the other employee. We waited almost an hour for absolutely nothing. They clearly don’t want to work.. they clearly aren’t empathetic massage therapist and they clearly should stop wasting people’s time. I don’t expect this review to change anything about how they operate, it’s just a warning to others.
