Carollyn Tackett Dr Ranjan is a wonderful physician. She is always attentive to my needs and is a truly kind and caring person. I have been a patient for a number of years and will continue to do so. Additionally , she and her staff are very responsive to messages and promptly return phone calls. Very helpful and caring people !

Jenny ODell Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. Carlie Allison Wow! What a great Hospital. It was so nice inside, very clean, stylish & cozy. I was seen by Mikey for imaging who was very kind and walked you through every step! I had Nurse Shelby and she was AMAZING. I would come back literally to just see her. She was very compassionate and is great at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable! Dr Peterson was great as well, he took the time to talk to me and ask questions and I felt he did his due diligence as a doctor. I did not feel rushed in any way! Thank you The Colony ER !

Julia Little We met with Dr. Schwartz while I was still pregnant with my daughter, he was so kind and answered all of our questions about having a baby and what to expect for her needs and care. He came to the hospital to check on her the morning after she was born and just before we were discharged. He stayed to answer all our questions and make sure we were doing well. From day one he has always given her incredible care! You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to answer all of our questions at every visit. His staff is just as incredible, Darla has helped me through so many of those panicky moments first time parents have. She returns every phone call very quickly and also is so patient in answering all my questions. Everyone there is just wonderful with children and parents! We are so grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives here.

Amanda Duck Dr. Kaplan is absolutely amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you. I feel like he truly cares about me and my physical and mental health. I recommend him to any and everyone that asks. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. So happy to have found Dr. Kaplan and this office!

Dudley Volcansek I experienced superior customer service. When you are having surgery it is so nice when the staff is attentive and accommodating. Sophia is a receptionist that went out of her way to answer questions and provide help. Connie (a nurse) was attentive to my questions and delivered on our needs. The on-premise cafe is delightful.
