VALERIE WALKER Health Services of North Texas is an excellent place to go. My experience there is an excellent one. I have been going there for close to 4 years now. I have only evere had great experiences with everyone there. Ana Archila, PA-C is my PA. She really listens to you. She wants to hear what you have to say. She is genuinely concerned about you. Her bedside manner is wonderful! She is excellent at her job! She goes above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone who wants excellent medical care from someone who is compassionate and concerned about you. I just cant say enough nice things about her and the excellent service she provides as a professional to her patients. The staff at Health Services of North Texas is great as well. If you or anyone you know including children needs a great doctor Health Services of North Texas is the place to go for excellent care!

Darlene Smith This is the second time I’ve been here. I had knee surgery in September knee surgery in January. I was in the hospital. Each Time for 11 days. The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.

Carmen X My son introduced me to this Urgent Care back in January of 2021. I keep on getting my care here because of the excellent staff: Syeda, at the front desk, Hamida, NP, Ayesha, MA. They are fabulous! They are courteous, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly. The physician assistant, Muhammad Arshad Bhalli is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring professional. One of the most important things when you are ill and you go to visit a doctors office is that they listen to you, they sympathize and empathize, and not feel rushed; and believe me, they listen. At this point, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to my son Danny for bringing me here when I was ill and thank you Urgent Care of Texas in Plano for your excellent service.

Jessica Huynh My experience at children’s plano was immaculate. I took my daughter in after i noticed she was having a hard time breathing. Everyone was so quick with us and made sure we understood everything that was going on. We ended up needing to stay the night & every. single. doctor. and. nurse. we had were over the top, they made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job. I will never forget my experience here. It was truly a nightmare seeing my daughter in the condition she was, but the doctors and nurses made sure she was going to be just fine! Thank you children’s Plano for helping my baby girl and making our stay comfortable.

Mallory Isbell I can’t thank Dr. Hill at the Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinic enough! I was struggling with severe depression for a long time, and nothing seemed to help. I had tried ketamine treatments in the past, but they always felt like temporary fixes. Dr. Hill’s approach, with stronger doses and fewer treatments, has made a huge difference. I feel like I’ve truly pulled myself out of that dark hole, and my depression has been under control ever since. The transformation has been so remarkable that my grandmother flew in to see Dr. Hill as well. She’s noticed an incredible change in me and decided to try the treatments herself. She’s been amazed by the difference it’s made in her life too! Dr. Hill’s office manager, Leslie, is also absolutely wonderful. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and makes the whole process feel seamless and comfortable. Ketamine treatments can seem intimidating at first, but Dr. Hill makes it so much easier. He’s there to guide you every step of the way—quite literally holding your hand through it! Additionally, Dr. Hill offers vitamins and CBD products that have been an amazing addition to my routine after the treatments. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. Dr. Hill is truly an angel, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re struggling with depression or mental health, don’t hesitate to reach out. 100,000/10 recommend!

LaTosha Adams I was nervous going to the ER on a Friday night but I was taken back to triage, vitals taken and placed in a room all within 20 minutes. My ER nurse Alexis was attentive, professional and provided excellent care. The imaging technician Ashley was also amazing. I was in the ER a little over an hour and was admitted to a regular room where the exemplary service continued.

Amanda Duck Dr. Kaplan is absolutely amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you. I feel like he truly cares about me and my physical and mental health. I recommend him to any and everyone that asks. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. So happy to have found Dr. Kaplan and this office!

Scott Montgomery Dr. Lankipalli is outstanding. My most trusted medical provider. I have referred multiple people here and all have a similar opinion. He is friendly, direct and confident enough to "tell it like it is". He takes time to explain anything that needs explaining. Unfortunately for him, he is my go-to medical expert when I have an important question or issue. I just cant say enough positive about Dr. Lankipalli.

Randall Manring Great experience for me. My doctor recommended some basic scan and testing as part of my annual physical. I walked in the front doors and greeted almost immediately at the check in desk. Very brief check in experience and walked to the radiology waiting room. I was actually called back a few minutes before my 9am appointment. Lab tech was very nice and helpful and I was done and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Two thumbs up!

JMC JMC So many entitled patients come here. Do they think the ER or any doctor has the “cure” for everything? No! But they’re health professionals who are doing their jobs. Doing their jobs while annoying and entitled patients barge in demand treatment. Patients like them is what makes it harder for health professionals to stay. You may not like it here, but it doesn’t mean you have to be rude and disrespectful. Put your ego and entitlement aside be thankful we even have ERs available.
