5 /5 Allison McClain: Baylor, Scott and White is the best hospital I’ve ever used for all of my medical necessities. Their staff are all very attentive and compassionate my sincerest gratuities go out to Yareli, Gina and Connor in ICU. Where I was a person and not a number. Yareli went above and beyond and escorted me to my transportation all the while I felt like a celebrity. She even made me re carpet worth after washing, and braiding my hair that hadn’t seen a brush for some time. Thanks to everyone who took care of me. Allison

From the receptionist, his nurses and all who cared for him. You have proven to me that I am not just a number. Keep up the good work. Your rewards are in heaven.

4 /5 Marlo Thomas: Great team !From the nurses to the doctors everyone was very professional. And made me feel comfortable. Only reason not five stars is because they give you a time that youre going to have your appointment and of course theres always delays but took a little longer than expected to get to the back.

1 /5 Advocates For Nurses: Scheduled to have a procedure with a specific physician and upon arrival told that provider would not be at that location. I had already taken pre meds and was then told the provider was out at Marble Falls over an hour away. No phone call was sent to inform me that the provider had changed. I had even called because the original cost was $75 and was put in and being asked for me to pay $750. As someone who has worked at this facility and been in healthcare 25 years and not being given information about my care. I have been sent messages via my chart but nothing about changing the provider I chose to perform my procedure. The already anxiety causing if just have a procedure coupled with the staffs outright disregard for patients right.
