Emily McCollum I was traveling through Brownwood when I started experiencing car trouble. I called Gerber to see if they could get me in. It was near the end of the day and I needed help fast. They came and saw my car, helped get me back on the road within 20 minutes, and were so kind and courteous. Plus, the coffee selection in the lobby was good. I was so thankful for their quick response and willingness to help someone in need. I highly recommend this shop. They made me feel so safe.

Valerie Kroeker We went there to get our electrical cable that plugs into the truck from the camper repaired. It had come loose and dragged on the road for some time. The staff fixed the cable promptly but more than that, they treated us with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
