Barbara Valdez I cannot thank GXC Service enough for the quick and kind service. Me and my sister were on the way to Dallas for training when we got a flat tire on a Sunday. No one had the size of tire we needed and it was after 5 pm. 1 call to GXC Service, they met us where we were, installed the tire, took care of the bad tire and we were safely on the way to Dallas. RIC SEALE I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem! When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and Im glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center. A final word--Im seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!

Anne Lindsay Unsure of the mechanics name that came out. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start. I was sure it wasn’t the battery as I had just put a new battery in her car a month ago. Anyways, turns out I didn’t do a good job. The mechanic came out, diagnosed and fixed in just a few minutes. He could easily have scammed my daughter but only charged her for gas for his trip out there. So nice to see an honest mechanic.

They are not like regular mechanics who just gets your car keep it for long periods of time (push you behind for work,regular lifestyle etc) my car was there was worked on & she is back in action!! Deepak Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

Brandy Cliff Danny and Eric were the best! They listened to my concerns, let me know all that was wrong, but weren’t overly pushy on things that could wait or should be resolved by the dealership. Very communicative and kind 5 Star customer service!
