From beginning to end, the experience was very smooth, and they replaced the engine mount efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised that they sent me a text message after service check-in and again after the service was completed. I had to stop by again to check on another issue, and they took the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly and patiently. Most car repair shops or dealerships never follow up after service, but this place truly focuses on building a great customer experience. Sam Yantis Mr. Murray is an excellent mechanic. I own a 2006 Honda Civic and it has a bunch of different and unique issues that have been fixed for much less than I would have expected. The best thing is that Im never led to getting repairs that I dont need. Every part of my car that has been malfunctioning has been fixed the first time and Ive never seen another problem with it. I have ≈150k miles on my car and with the service Im getting here I have no doubt that my car will run until it reaches at least 250k miles.

James was kind and wonderful to work with. Very quickly isolated the problem and provided insight as well. Left me with things to look out for and keep an eye on which was much appreciated. He even fixed some of the buttons in my car that were fading. I didnt even notice till the next day. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!
