Monica Sanchez Ive personally known Abel for about 6 yrs. My dads known him even longer and one thing I know about this guy, is hell figure out the problem and fix it. Weve always trusted him with our cars and hes the only one thats never turned us away. Hes not scared to touch any car lol its like he loves the challenge. Ray Flores Took my sons vehicle to Reliable and felt really good about them! We originally had some work done at Sun Auto, but there was a slight, minor issue. Sun Auto has a 2 year, 24K warranty. We found that Reliable Automotive was in the Sun Auto family that would honor the warranty. Reliable were able to diagnose the issue in a couple of hours and were finished with the work in 3. They also have a shuttle service. Highly recommend. Very professional and trustworthy.

Anthony Smith Would give zero stars if I could. Went in for service Friday they tried to charge me $140 all over again. Left out the shop Friday called and the manager told me the service should have been done free of charge because it was covered under their warranty. Today I go in and was greeted with crickets. I flat out had to state I was the only African American in the shop and was the only person to get greeted with nothing. That’s bad for business. This is a college town. Everybody needs to be treated fairly for 1. For 2 I am a business owner myself and my employees would NEVERRRRR!!! Anna was my customer service rep. When I politely asked how much longer it would be for an alignment check she stated 10 mins while roller her neck. Horrible customer service. Made me feel like my money wasn’t valued at all. Sad that this was a recommended place. From the Midwest. Been in San Marcos for a year. This can’t be southern hospitality

Ed Price Excellent experience with this auto body shop. My sons car was damaged and Mike and his guys fixed it. It was almost like new when it was done. Highly recommended. Call Mike for an estimate if you need any work done.

Barbara Valdez I cannot thank GXC Service enough for the quick and kind service. Me and my sister were on the way to Dallas for training when we got a flat tire on a Sunday. No one had the size of tire we needed and it was after 5 pm. 1 call to GXC Service, they met us where we were, installed the tire, took care of the bad tire and we were safely on the way to Dallas. A big THANK YOU to all who provided the valuable service.

Mckensi Mugica I was involved in an accident where my left 2 tires blew. I called GXC for assistance because they were less than half a mile away, and they told me they had 2 used tires on great condition they could bring me. They came, put them on, and charged me $243.22. The next day, I had an alignment done at the Honda dealership where they showed me the dry rot on the left rear tire that GXC had sold me. The day after that, I noticed the left front tire was flat. It has a leak that has to be aired up every few days. Huge waste of money!

Gabby M This my go-to for all paint and body needs! The team works with my insurance so that everything is taken care of and there is no extra costs for me. I brought in my vehicle and less than two days later it was fixed!! They are super fast, responsive snd courteous. I recommend Paul and the team to anyone! 5 stars Photos show the after and before. Josh Travis at the hwy 123 Diesel & Auto Shop is an absolute legend! He is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The work was done perfectly, my 7.3 Excursion runs like a dream now, and the price was more than fair. You can tell Travis genuinely cares about his customers and his work. If you need anything at all done on your diesel, Traviss shop is the only place to go. Seriously, 5 stars isnt enough!

Stacey Wheeler I definitely would recommend. I was visiting from out of town when my car wouldn’t start. I dropped off my car off on a Saturday at 12:50 and they close at 1 but said it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. 20 minutes later I get a call and they said they figured out it was just the battery and I could pick up in 20 minutes! I’m grateful that businesses like this still exist where companies go above and beyond to deliver quality services. So thankful I was able to get back on the road to head home that day!

Courtney Williams This place was great! When I normally get my oil change at other places, I have wait an extra hour past my appointment to finally get my oil changed, but I was serviced right away at Meineke. They also include a full visual inspection of your car with the service, and I was out within 50 minutes! Phillip was also so amazing! He was educating me on many things, and also holding casual conversation while waited. I will definitely be back!

Shane Griffiths I met John and he has a great attitude as well as very knowledgeable of vehicles, I had my truck inspection done and he didnt waste any time. A customer picked up their car while I was there and they were satisfied with the work done as well as the price, I will continue to go here for any work in need on my truck. I have a revised review, I have taken my truck there twice now and a 4 hour job took 2 days and a 3 to 4 hour job took 4 days, I only have 1 vehicle so I need it back the same day. The second time he didnt check 2 c if the part was the correct 1 and installed it anyway and he still wants to charge me 2 put on the correct part. I can only say your rolling the dice if u go there.

Deepak Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

RIC SEALE I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem! When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and Im glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center. A final word--Im seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!

V G great mechanic! I went in previously to get my tires and oil changed and a full tune up! he called me and communicated with me along the way and was super direct with pricing. today I went in because my car was stalling when I put gas and I describ3d the issue and he literally said he thought it was a certain issue gave me a quote right away and had it done before closing. honest and great communication and flawless work. what more can you ask for?

Bobby Beck They did an amazing job with my Buick Park Avenue! When I first brought it to them my oil and coolant were leaking pretty bad, my shocks did not work well at all, and even my wipers had this issue of randomly turning on and off. They managed to fix all these issues in a timely manner and I am thankful for the good work that they did. It took me a while to write this review but they really deserve it! Currently, they are closed but I hope they open up again soon they were definitely the best mechanics in town and as soon as they open up again Ill go back to having them as my main mechanic.

Alaina Bustamante When I first moved to San Marcos two years ago I needed a repair done on my car. I was nervous to find a good mechanic that did quality work and wouldnt try and upcharge me. HMC was the third shop I called, and they were the only one to actually ask me what the problem was. All the others just scheduled an appointment and went on their way. I decided to give this place a try. I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews, I was sure that they were fake. Boy was I wrong. The owner is so kind and helpful and does his best to offer affordable services for amazing quality. I now see that every 5 star review is well deserved. Ive been to HMC about 3 times now for my car (all different issues) and all of my issues have been fixed at reasonable prices within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to any friend or family member. They truly are a gem of a mechanic.
