Doctor Hall is amazing and the front desk ladies are absolutely awesome! Highly recommended, this is my new favorite place for all my medical needs.

brianna garcia The staff at the front desk was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. My medical assistant, Alexis, was incredibly helpful, communicative, and caring. I’d love to have her assist me again next time. As for my provider, Ms. Ife, she was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and showed great care. I highly recommend this place!

Debra Defrain Great experience! My puppy had an injured leg and my vet couldnt see her. I called Wild Peach, they got her in took xrays and thankfully it was a soft tissue injury. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to answer questions, and truly cared about my dog. Will be switching vets immediately.

Kristen Taylor I called with an emergency and they were able to take my dog in right away. They also made sure I was informed on what they were going to do. They did an amazing job making sure my dog was taken care of, definitely recommend taking your fur babies here!

Robin Azad I called first to make sure they could draw my labs because I did not know if I could just walk. They assured me that I could just come in any time because they are not that busy. When I came there, they asked me first if I had an appointment! Then had a problem with my labs that my doctor said that I did not have to fast for! I sat down, watching as people came in and got their labs drawn because they had appointment. Then my name was called I stood up and they called my name again! I said that it was me. They closed the door as I slowly walked to it, and when I finally got to the door, it was locked. I am disabled so I knocked on the door and Darnesha said yes?! Itold her that I was wanting my labs drawn. She asked me my name, then said come in! That is the first time that I came to a facility and they did not wait for me to come in. I felt like I was an inconvenience! She did draw my blood without hurting me. She did not know that I worked for 28 years at a hospital as an phlebotomis, Operating Room Technician assistant to the doctor in c-sections! I will not be coming back to this facility! When I did call she even told me that it was not far from my house! It was!!

Jayne Deleon The staff was very sweet! The lady by the door taking the temperature of everyone walking in makes it a point to talk to the people waiting to make them feel more comfortable while waiting on our loved one having surgery.. I would come back here anytime! Makes a huge difference when people care!

Dianna A. Its a surprise Dr. Ramier has few reviews. Ill add to the positive reviews - they are right on. He is an outstanding Doctor. Very thorough in examining even though I only needed a couple of spots frozen and minor advice. Very helpful in diagnosing and providing relavent.advice. Answers questions well and completely, plus asks if theres more questions? Pleasant and friendly including the office staff. He is a professional! I highly recommend this office.

Melissa Smith Had an appointment scheduled for today, made it 2 weeks ago, but I received a call from their office and said that their computer shows they are out of network for my insurance. I asked how that could be, I found them through my insurance healthcare finder. United Healthcare shows on the app that they are In-Network. I asked her to call and verify and she said no I can’t do that. Confused I said so you want me to call United Healthcare myself? Anyway I did call United Healthcare and yes they are in network, the agent was going to conference me in with them, but when she got on the phone with Elena she said that she would not conference with me and that she had to discuss with the Doctor she could not take the agents word and that they would call me they have my number. What the heck? I don’t care if this place has 5 stars what a terrible first impression! Very unprofessional and even if they do figure out this was a mistake I believe I would be better off driving 30 miles out of my way for a better experience.

Michael Nafe I went here on the friday after Christmas. Really enjoyed it. Brought my dog, she had a great time! This place kicks butt. Saw some big ol gators, up close, in the wild. I recommend.

Tonie Meyer I have to compliment your hospital. All of the staff were extremely courteous and I was glad to see that’s also a teaching hospital. I think it’s very important that we look after the future. Everyone was very caring, attentive and make sure I was comfortable at all times. The test ordered were carried out in a very timely manner, and I appreciate your staff immensely.

Kimberly Linton The Night Shift in the ER is amazing!!!! They went above and beyond to help my husband with his severe pain and thoroughly ran proper tests to find the root of the problem. jennifer forero Had to take my son to the ER today after an injury playing soccer. I have to say I am so very impressed with this ER. I walked in and the ER was very clean. At check in, the receptionist was very nice and efficient. Once I sat down, they nurse called us back within 5 min and while taking the vitals the Dr. Walked in and checked my son. She was helping with vitals and temps and was very nice. She got my son a sling right away and helped make him a bit more comfortable. The nurse finished doing all his part and put us in a room. Shortly after, registration and xray tech came in. The nurse came in gave medication and we waited for results. We were out in less than 1.5 from the ER with everything we needed and a plan forward. I am so happy I took my son here to get him the help he needed.

Rhonda Newton I chose to go the ER at UTMB for some health issues. They were thorough with my care and made my stay actually enjoyable. Big shout out to Kaleigh H., the day nurse during my stay. She is so kind and compassionate and made my days there less stressful!

L Morris I stayed at this hospital for several days. All the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. Especially, Tori Campbell. She went above and beyond to help me. She took time to listen to me and is extremely caring and compassionate. Her positive attitude is just what I needed. You could tell she loved her job. She was a huge blessing for me.

Victor Penuel Action S has helped hundreds of sentiors. It provides meals (at home) , wheelchairs and mobility devices, transportation, and other services, often helping older people live indepently. The Facebook page is very avctive- staff and volunteers respond to messages in a timely manner. Action S has s specific mission and peforms it very well.

Hayley Goodman I normally love UTMB but this is the second time I’ve come in knowing I had the flu/COVID and they did not test properly. Me and my 8 month old went in with flu symptoms and the doctor blew me off saying just to take over the counter medicine but we had been and our fevers were not going down. I know what a cold feels like and I explained this to the doctor that I was severely sick. She brushed it off and said we’d be fine. The next day my husband had to take me to the ER because I couldn’t breathe and they immediately got a positive flu result. I was not able to get tamaflu though due to it being past the amount of days with symptoms, though if UTMB had done their job I would have some relief. They need to listen to their patients.

Juani Ramirez The staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and...funny. When youre in a hospital for a procedure and youre already nervous as it is, humor helps so much to ease the worry. I appreciated the ease with which all these folks worked together...like a well-oiled machine. They played on each others strengths and it was obvious they trusted one other. This in turn gave me confidence that everyone knew their role and would perform it seamlessly. I actually felt calm going under anesthesia and a blink later it was over. After care was wonderful. The nursing staff took excellent care of me. No rushing to kick me out. Gave me very thorough instructions for home care and what to watch out for. No one wants to go under but if you must, you want a team like HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland there with you. Thank you everyone!

He is so informative and gives you the best knowledge on thanks to take as far as holistic approaches, The doctors and nurses are all kind. But Chris took the time out today to inform me about solutions that will better myself as a person, he explains stuff to the Most exceedingly possibility. 10 out of 10 recommended and thank you, Chris.!!!
