Steve Mobley I want to Thank Hunt Regional Hospital and the staff that Amanda Garza works for to Finally recognize this young lady for the above and beyond work she provides. The Customer Service Excellence Dept has a special young lady that is passionate, extremely professional and doesnt mind taking the time to listen. I was on the 4th floor on May 18th 2022, I have a Gullian Barre Sydrome and had falling broke several bones in right leg and 6 ribs. Its hard to talk about Guillain Barre Sydrome to anyone because most people have never heard of it. In my case I was paralyzed from the neck down because a Flu shot I took on 9/20/2020 by November 2020 I was diagnosed with GBS. Amanda Garza came by room on the 4th floor and we talk a little and she wanted to take the time to hear my story, started from the very beginning but as we were talking she was so compassionate, caring, and really wanted know details nobody had taking the time to listen to before. When she left it was amazing how i felt and how happy I was to finally get to explain GBS to someone who really cared. I am a regular at the Hospital 3 times a week for physical therapy on the 2nd floor temporary across the street I am in my 15 month of therapy I am also thankful for Justins group because I would never be where I am today I thought I would never walk again. I make a point when enter the Hospital that I always look for Amanda Garza just to speak with her see how her days going and she is always helping someone, very proud of her also very thank full she was finally recognize for the great work she does. Joy _Fuggett My husband received the best care today at the wound care center. Dr. Jessica Greenway and her entire staff were so friendly while being professional. They gave my husband treatment today and lined out a course of action to heal the wound and other issues on his feet. Dr. Greenway gave us quality care and worked hard to ensure that we could afford with insurance the treatments and medications needed. Dr. Greenway and her entire staff get a 10+ from us.

Melissa Artman Dr. Greenway and her ladies are fantastic and always smiling! Never had some many good laughs in a doctor’s office! I have learned so much about my situation from her. Dr. Greenway pushed hard with my insurance to get them to do things the right way. She made sure I was taken care of!

Brenda Norris My primary care Dr. Farooq is the best doctor I have had in a very long time. He listens and has great patient communication. He truly cares about his patients. He has even fought for me with my insurance company over needed medicine and won! His staff is friendly and I recommend him to anyone. I believe his specialty is internal medicine, but he is not limited to just that.

M.W. Lowman I am a Disabled Veteran, and last I was transported to Hunt Regional Medical center via EMS as my temperature reached almost 104. When I arrived to the ER I was placed in the hallway on one of the hospital beds. NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER as that is where I stayed for the 3-4 hours perhaps longer. My personal medical history was discussed for all to hear, patients and staff. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN THAT IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA LAWS IN A MAJOR WAY Not all the staff were rude, but there were enough to raise concerns. They acted as if I was a nuisance or inconvenience even with a poster on the wall at the nurses station that stated "We proudly support our Veterans". I can understand being busy, but for this type of care to take place is ridiculous. I have been to a few hospitals in my 52 years on this earth, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Believe me I will not going back. If I have to I will go to the VA in Dallas for treatment!!!

ragn4rok234 This place is a joke, you will have a terrible experience here. Sometimes even years later youll find out your personally identifiable medical information has been sold off. This hospital should be shut down and not allowed to operate. Care is not something they do

emalee perez I have came in few times with my family and we always have such a great visit. Marisol’s positive attitude at the front desk makes us feel so welcomed. She is always so helpful and attentive to anything we need. Really recommend coming here!

Jeff Johnson Great visit this morning! Reasonable wait times given the season were in. Intake was a breeze and the entire staff was cheerful and friendly. FNP, Robin, was amazing and patiently talked through all treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Thank you!

Benjamin Scotti I have gone here a couple times and have always been pleased with the doctors and their friendliness. The front desk people can definitely be more friendly. Also, today my wife took my daughter who was visibly Ill in to get tested for the flu, strep, etc because its been running its course thru our house. The doctor came in, didnt introduce herself, and asked my daughter "So what did you tell your mom to get out of school today?" As my wife was explaining what was going on, the doctor was very rude to my wife in a high and mighty way. Then the doctor only tested for strep, it came back negative, doctor came back in, said "Nope, youre fine, its just allergies. Heres a prescription for allergy meds." She said that while handing my wife the papers and then immediately walked out. Leaving my wife stunned and shocked at the lack of professionalism and respect. We will probably be back but something needs to happen with how this doctor treats their patients.

Loletha Miller Hunt Regional Hospital is amazing I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy March 14 their maternity unit is amazing Nurses and Doct are very helpful and informational. All the staff have great manners they knock on the door before entering your room and thats really great. Overall I had a great experience

JZ123 The ER needs serious help. I spent 5 hours here, 3 of those sitting and waiting with my child who had a possible emergent injury. Upon arriving we heard the groups of people sitting in the ER discussing how it had been 2+ hours that they had been sitting and waiting. We still held hope. My child got checked in fast, then we were sent right back to the waiting room. Where we then waited 3 hours. I watched 5 patients get discharged. A extremely sick couple get sent back to the waiting room to await their ride (I assume) coughing and sneezing everywhere no masks required (if someone is that sick I think they should be). I hear the couple next to us talking about how they brought all of their electronic devices prepared to wait so long to be seen and that blows my mind because that’s not how it should be. We finally get to the back and we’re in a hallway bed, exposed to all other patients and their illnesses because they have extremely small hallways, while there were open bays and rooms that were completely empty that we could have been in. I won’t ever return here I’ll drive out of the city. I’ve given this place chance after chance and every-time it’s been a complete mess with extremely long wait times.

Ranea Allen I knew I needed help so I made the choice to go there and they were very helpful and getting me admitted, it is hard to be there at a hard time in a person life but the staff were always kind and helpful. I have to say a special thank you to nurse Berklee and Jennifer they went above and beyond to help me with any need I had and I always watched how they helped so many of the other patients that were in my unit, as a fellow nurse myself they truly love their jobs and making a difference in their patient lives as there rough times in their lives , if you need help in getting your life back on track then reach out to Glen Oaks they are good facility,, yeah it’s tough to be in a strange place when your at your lowest point but do it for yourself

Susan Milam I called on a Friday afternoon and they were closed so I left a message on the first of 5 numbers you could leave a message. It happened to be for “Maria”. She was so nice calling back the following Monday and was able to answer all my questions about vaccines needed for going on a trip to India. She was not in a hurry and gave me excellent and timely advice. Highly recommend this place.
