Candice Bower I brought my two kids to get seen here for the flu and the staff were extremely friendly! We were in and out in about an hour. I was very pleased with the doctor’s bedside manner and loved how he spoke to my kids. I will definitely go here first before another urgent care in the future.

Chris Chell So nice and easy to use this Urgent Care! I made a reservation which reduced my wait time. They were able to tell me a base rate as I was out of network (traveling) and would likely private pay. They ran my insurance and I had coverage. The staff were kind, welcoming, professional. I thought the provider was excellent! I hope I dont have to use their service again but if I need Urgent Care Ill go back.

Teri McKown I switched to this group recently. The MD I met with was an excellent listener and very thorough in reviewing my medical records. She asked pertinent questions (new patient) and was easy to communicate my wants and needs. The check in was easy and I didnt need to wait. Nor did I need to wait once I was taken to the exam room. The staff was pleasant and respectful. I recommend this Healthcare provider.

Kathryn Lucko Very upsetting that I cannot get an appointment with this clinic after being a patient for 10 years I had an 0800 appointment this morning with The NP only to be told at 0750 am that she called out sick and there is "no where" to reschedule me! Really!! Last year same thing. I am being told to follow up with my surgeon whom I have an appointment in a month with but I was also scheduled for a Scott and White appointment. I already have a Provider but cant ever get SEEN!! Then Jessica with office staff wants to accuse me of Cursing and yelling at her! Lady I didnt CUSS or YELL at you! Pull the CAMERAS! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! Loyalty as a patient does not Count!! Find someone who can see you and be there for your needs!

Becca Almost 17 months ago my husband told me that we needed to find a pediatrician that was closer to home and worked more hours to accommodate our busy work schedules. Today proved why we choose to take almost a 30 minute drive and go to see her based on the few days she does work. Dr. Baca is not only our familys pediatrician, she is our price of mind. She allowed me to cry in her office and her reassure me. And at the end of it all when we say thank you she replied "dont thank me yet, thank me when hes better". As long as she works for McLane Childrens Scott & White Clinic in Belton we will go there!

Kelly Carpenter Oh Dr. Freeman. I wish you understood how attached my boys are to you! They love you, they trust you and when I switched their dentist Ethan was in tears because he thought I changed his doctor! The waits can be rough when we are in a hurry but Id patiently wait as long as we needed to with total peace of mind knowing my kids are in great hands and the quality of kind, compassionate care they recieve is second to none. Youre well worth the wait. Thank you for being so unwaveringly amazing throughout all the years to my boys!

Barking-In-the-Dark It really depends on who you get at this clinic and I wish I could do a review for each of those encounters. Since I dont think I can, Im leaving 3 stars. The receptionists are wonderful, nice, cheery and sometimes even joke with you. Ive had good nurses that take me to my room and are full of compassion. But Ive also had some mixed experiences with health care providers.

Martin Arreola If I could leave no starts I would! Y’all suck!! Had an appointment for the flu shot, was there 20 min early and they made me wait more than 45 min and I didn’t even get the shot, so what’s the purpose of an appointment? Y’all made me waste more than an hour!!!!

Meghan Lawson I absolutely hate Scott and White with every fiber of my being. The only reason I still used them was because my old primary doctors PA went over to this clinic. I love Tegan but everyone else they employ are absolute garbage. They will gaslight you and make you think nothing is wrong with you. They do the old "its because youre overweight" when it has nothing to do with your weight. I was supposed to have an appointment today at 6pm, virtually. Im waiting and waiting because the last time I had a virtual visit they send you an invite link to join the video chat. 6:20 rolls around and I call. I get the switch board and they try to call the clinic. No answer. Shocker... Then she tells me Im marked as "No Show". Seriously? Couldnt even be bothered to call to ask if theres an issue? Nothing. Absolute garbage. Im done. Theyre not getting any more of my money. This is what monopolies do. They run the business down for the community.

Donna Jean My husband had a stroke last November when we were in Texas visiting our son. My husband was transferred to Baylor Scott. It turned out to be a godsend that if he had to have a stroke that it happened while we were in Texas. The entire staff on their neurological floor were amazing. He was an ICU for 6 days. The doctors explained everything to him in great detail, letting him know why some course of treatments would be better to pursue than others. The ICU nurses were amazing. I wish that I had written down their names to put on this review. Just when I would think that one of the nurses we had couldnt be topped another one stepped in and managed to top the prior nurse. Im not sure how they did it because like I said, they were all amazing! A special shout out to Mitzi in the records department. She was instrumental in making sure that we had all my husbands medical records and scans to bring back with us to Florida so that the doctors here would have all the information they needed to continue his treatment. I wish that we had the Baylor Scott Health Care System here in South Florida. If you have a loved one on the neurological floor just know that they are receiving the best care that they can get in the entire country.

Andrew Ramirez My wife has a surgery scheduled that she needs and at first they were nice on the phone appointment with her, but Irene from the billing department did not give us the correct number that we were supposed to pay at first. She was so rude to the point where we had to hang up on her and try to call again for a different agent, and that is unacceptable. Irene told us on the phone that she would cancel my wife’s surgery and would send us to the business department so we could argue our case of why we should have a lower payment upfront for the surgery, then review if my wifes surgery is medically necessary, which is absolutely outrageous. If you need surgeries scheduled and you’re trying to pay for your surgery, do not get in contact with Irene because she won’t try to help you. Please talk to Denise instead, she was incredible. She was amazing and she did everything she could and she heard us out and worked with us and reran the numbers to an accurate amount that we had to pay according to our insurance per our benefits agent.

Erica Caldwell Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didnt check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!

Erica M- ProDOcers Word of God I and my daughter had a marvelous experience. I can say parent availability is probably the key thing to the treatment actually working. Everyone was attentive and hands on to both me and my daughter. The recommendations was great, its an investment, but the therapy is actually helping us both. Thanks to the entire staff. My daughter was there for 30 days and neither of us are perfect but were both BETTER after her stay. She dont even talk back like she used to. I truly recommend this place for any parent and child, but be willing to invest in your kids treatment afterwards and be available while your child is in patient. Eric Evans My adolescent son was transferred to Cedar Crest from the ER at Dallas Childrens. He was inpatient for a bit at Cedar Crest and then transferred to their adolescent residential unit. This is his 4th mental health hospitalization and his first residential stay. I have to say that I am very pleased with the care he is receiving at Cedar Crest. The intake was the fastest and most thorough we have experienced. We have been able to visit with him and he seems to be settling in well. He has been able to call us to talk when needed and we can talk to him as well. For reference, he has been at facilities in Frisco, Arlington, and Ft. Worth. While this is a pretty far drive for us, it is well worth it for him to get the care that he needs and seems to be getting it.
