Guillen Jessica (Karina) I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility’s billing department. Their phone number does not work, yet they keep calling me about an unpaid balance—even after they deducted the payment from my bank account. Now, I’ve overpaid and have to go through the hassle of proving it. To make matters worse, when I contacted Memorial Hermann, they had no record of my account, which makes it clear that this bill is actually from Memorial Hermann Surgery Center. The lack of communication and the billing errors are unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to go on a mission just to fix mistakes they didn’t make. What a mess!

Aly Hasan Patient arrival at 6400 building has no wheelchairs readily available. If a single person has driven patient to hospital, it is very difficult to leave the patient in car, then go up to Medical office where appointment is scheduled, deposit your Drivers license to borrow a wheelchair and then go back down, load the patient on chair, leave them in lobby while you park your vehicle. All this time you have the threat of security trying to move your car out. This raises a number of issues regarding patient friendliness, patient safety and service quality.
1. The wheelcair process is simply unacceptable. Also, deposit of license.....surely some smart admin wrote this rule. Fire them!!
2. You customer service RANKD NO WHERE. Not a single smiling, warm helpful person so far....ranging from security to Reception.
3. US Healthcare now....ranks low globally. It is an illusion that it is num 1 in the worlds. Good for US public to believe that!!!
