Allie Garcia Tim & Na are extremely welcoming and make sure I feel comfortable every time I go. This past weekend I went with a design that I saw on TikTok and they mirrored the exact same picture but even better . They both worked on the design on my nails and I appreciate them so much. The design was hand painted I was shocked how amazing it came out. I also appreciate how attentive they were to my mother . Thank you so much for all you do for me .

Yasmin was so sweet and she helped me fix the botched thick nails i had before to the nails i have now. The Salon itself is small and unpretentious. I had a good time, thank you bunches! Ashtyn Bogue Ive gotten my nails done here multiple times and it’s always a great experience! Recently I had them done here by someone new and it didn’t turn out the best, so I came back the next day and they fixed them for free and looked perfect! They were very kind and understanding, and overall happy that I came back to have them fixed instead of just leaving a bad review. This is what I think of when I think of great customer service :) will continue to come back!

Nicole Weston First time here, I got a gel manicure— classic French tip. I called on a Friday in the early afternoon and they said they were available to take me, so I drove over and they took me right away! Really great experience, efficient, and beautiful outcome. Salon was clean and the girls were all super nice. I’ll be back for all my future manicures, thank you!

Ashley Perez Ive been in here multiple times for both pedicures and manicures and Ive been super happy every time I left. Ive been other places that wrecked my cuticles or cut me accidentally, but thats NEVER happened here - theyre very gentle and mindful. Im suuuuper ticklish and they always check in to see if Im okay, haha. The gel lasts for weeks and weeks. Id highly recommend this place - its a great find.

M Fer I came into the salon as a drop- in since I had some time to kill between a doctors appointment. First of all, ALL 4 starts is SOLELY towards the lady who did my mani. Her name was Ivy, not sure of spelling. Fast and efficient not much of a talker but still kind. The older lady who did my pedicure however, holy crap. She cut me twice, didnt even acknowledge it and didnt even check with me how I liked my toes. To say that my feet are not looking great is an understatement. My friends 9 yr old could have done a better job. Ill try again but will not have that older woman touch my nails. Just rude.

Ritu Baheti Very bad experience. I went for classic pedicure with gel nails and got dip nails with extension. The lady who did my pedicure was ok, she wasnt rude atleast, but her work was okish. The gel paint is very unevenly done on the toe nails (see photo). The guy (Liam i think) who started doing my dip nails was a total nuisance - when i asked the lady to shape the toe nails a certain way, he told me u can file urself! Really! Why should i pay you then. Also you are not even doing my toe nails. He was literally lecturing me about how great he is and that he is not a newbie. But he messed up the tip extension, the way he was filing the nails was hurting my skin so much and he told me u wont bleed. I always get good reviews. He was really rude and rough. Finally he figured i was really irritated with my skin hurting and asked another guy to take over. The guy was at the checkin and he kept going away again and again to check in new clients. He tried to fix the nails but it took 2 hrs and 45 min total to get a simple pedicure and dip nails. My nails are crazy thick right now and hurting a lot near the skin. They kept filing my nails like crazy in order to fix whatever mess they caused (look at the nail beds in the photo). I am dreading the damage to my nails when i will get this off. Very rude staff. They keep taking in their language about the customers and make fun of the customers. And on top of such disappointing service, i had to pay tip as they asked to pay tip at checkout. Very disappointed specially because this place was recommended by someone.

Natalie Tran My preferred nail salon. Their space is well maintained and clean. I appreciate the convenience of booking appointments. All of the staff are skilled and provide quality services. My top choice technician is Lynn. Her workmanship is exceptional. I’ve gotten both dip and gel manicures here.

Ashley Aguilar I’m sorry but literally the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten they are chunky and boxy and the shape is just ghastly making my hands look like ogre hands. Nail tech literally drilling my skin. For the price of 136 for a simple manicure and short square (standard shape) acrylics I expect much better, especially in this area BeeCave. Customer service was good though maybe less joking around and more perfecting the craft #what I got vs what I wanted

Marissa Pyatt An hour and 45 minutes of my life wasted. They kept telling me to come back. I will never be back. The worst experience I’ve ever had. My sisters pedicure was the same amount of time just for a gel polish and they look like blobs they did 5 coats. Mind you as 172$. DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff here are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Hannah has personally done all the nails in the photos below and her work is consistently flawless, but every member of the team is incredibly talented and professional. The salon has a warm family atmosphere, is always clean and their process is both efficient and thorough. After experiencing the exceptional service and care at Westlake Nails I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Hanna and Vanessa and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They take the the time to understand exactly what I want for my manicures and pedicures. They are incredibly skilled, creating beautiful nails. The salon is clean, well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere, making the entire experience a pleasure. Id highly recommend West Lake Nails and Spa to anyone looking for top-notch nail care! I recommend booking an appointment because they are busy, but they accept walk-ins.

Jackie Boykin Wonderful mani and pedi today with Nina and Myra. This was my first time to have my nails done at PKN and I was very happy with the results. Both of these women were attention to the little details to make my hands and feet look amazing. Upon entering I noticed immediately how the salon is clean and orderly. I left feeling pampered and appreciated for coming in today . This is a 5 star salon!

Rita Lee I used to love this place but it seriously needs to clean their tools. I got a fungus that took over six months to clear up. I had to get medication from my doctor. A friend also had the same problem from here and it took a full year to clear up. I went back to verify that they don’t clean their tools around October and Christmas to see if they don’t clean their tools. And they don’t. I’m lucky I didn’t get another fungus. And honestly it is very lazy of them. I guess I could have reported them but I decided just not to go there anymore for a regular manicure and pedicure that cost $65.00. They used to cost $50.00 and they used to clean their equipment back in the pandemic days. The owner and the women that work there are very nice. That’s why I went back. But I don’t want another fungus. The parking is okay. Not great. They leave the door open when the weather is cooler but the pollen, dust and pollution from the road get inside. I don’t appreciate this. They have good hours.

Kelly Best kept secret in town! This is by far the best nail salon in the area. They use high quality products which last a long time and it doesnt matter which one of the ladies works on you - they are all fantastic!! I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years and they still have the same staff after all of this time. That really says something about a salon when they have both loyal customers AND loyal staff!! Call for an appointment as their loyal customer base keeps them busy.

Sarah Ferguson This place gets 5! Johnny mastered this rose I requested. Rates are good, no high pressure upselling and the drink menu is thoughtful. I’m not a drinker, so I selected the ice coffee and it was so refreshing and truly delicious! I’ll be making this my new favorite.

Keerthana First experience doing the SNA manicure. I had Lina and she was very rushed with the entire process. She told me that they do not trim cuticles when doing the SNS manicure, that is only done with the regular manicure? She proceeded to do it anyways at the end of the appointment, so I’m not sure if it is included or not. She did not cut or shape my nails. Just went straight to dipping. It’s ok for a quick fix but I don’t think it was worth the reviews. I wanted pink nails with french tips but I can barely see the pink on this. She went for the shade of pink without checking with me at all.

Corona Xu I give a 6 start totally to Kevin and Amy who are the best nail artists you will ever meet. Their employees are really nice, efficient, and caring. I included pictures from the work of Kevin and Amy. They are awesome!

Kai I don’t think they put a top coat on my nails. It looked strange but I thought it would dry to normal. The white tips are very thick on some fingers and next day the “top coat” is bubbling and peeling off. I didn’t realize until halfway through they were using USED emery boards and buffers which is a huge sanitation issue. They are very kind and accommodating but a $32 ($39 with tip) manicure should last longer than 24 hours. Edit: It’s been 24 hours and my nails are peeling off (this is regular polish, not gel). I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and I will have to repaint my nails in the morning :(

R & CO. Sorry- this isn’t luxury in any stretch of the imagination. 1. We know better > don’t use old grubby nasty emery boards and buffers from one client to the next. This is disgustingly cheap and giving zero value to your clients health. 2. I had my dip nails removed, at first they put me with someone who’s not familiar with the tools and I could tell she was going to rip up my nails so advised them I needed someone experienced. 3. Haphazard manicure, and left with cotton still stuck to my fingers and the sticky part of the dip under my nails and on my fingers. Seriously???

Decker Barney They were very insistent that we come in and we’re very welcoming. Nails took a while and I did not get a hard design. She kept on calling my cheeks red. And at the end they were very insistent and rude that we must Leve. Nails were cute though. My middle finger nail was also a little crooked.

teresa cabell Ive been a repeat customer, and have always had the best manicure and pedicures here. Their work lasts weeks for me, and Im admittedly pretty rough with my nails. Good color selection, too. Their attention to detail is far and above other nail salons Ive been to. Most places feel like theyre trying to get you in and out and skip cleaning up the edges, especially near the cuticle. Definitely not the case here. Ive brought friends and family here multiple times, and they all have said its the best manicure theyd ever had. My mom wants to go to Embellish every time shes in town to visit!

Nierop Samantha (CrokodileGirl) Best nail salon in the Lakeway area. Ive been to many. They really try to make sure you happy no matter what. They bend over backwards. Seriously. Great with SNS, Gel and just normal manicures and pedicures. They offer NuSkin pedicures that are divine. Highly recommend. Ive been using Serin for 6 years now. Service is still top notch!

Kristy Sanchez Made an apointment for a refill and gel polish during my lunch hour. Was greeted as soon as i walked in, Claudia was very attentive. All the ladies were very nice. The quality was great and im very happy with the final result. Price was reasonable. Will definitely be back.

roxanne crawford LOVE these ladies and the owner is amazing. I have been going here for 2 years and absolutely love this place. Not only do my nails always look great (nice color selection for my shellac), they take their time and give you a shoulder/neck massage with your mani! Theres no yelling or talking over others and its just a very relaxing environment. Def recommend!

Timothy Williams This is my wife’s favorite nail salon. She loves the all natural aspect of Embellish with organic manicures and pedicures. The place is nice and clean and I like how they have some local goods for sale upfront like bags, shirts, knickknacks, and more. My wife got me a petty, and it was great. They don’t have the bigger massage chairs, but the Services is great, and the staff there is really friendly. You can tell they don’t use chemicals here because when I walked in the door I wasn’t overwhelmed with a chemical and industrial smell. This place is really good and I recommend them.

Rosa Gonzalez Hadn’t been here in a while and since it had been two years since I visited I decided to give them another chance despite seeing the bad reviews. I wish I hadn’t, the service was not there, when I asked about painting my nail fully he replied “there’s skin there you know” so rudely… my paint job was crappy. I asked him to trim my nails he said I did already SIR no you didn’t, I should’ve kept my money I will never come again AM Better Nails in Hempstead has great service and they do good nails I will never be back I wasted my time and money here that I work hard for just to pay for bad service, half painted nails, and Linda’s fungal infection. they don’t use sanitized utensil and tools appear used already. please just save your time and money and go elsewhere.

DeeJay I WAS a customer of this business for a while, and spent at least $100 every couple of weeks on my nails. I came to get a refill and was told I had to come back the next day. It was 5p.m. and they do not close until 7p.m. Also I feel like I was not treated well, because it was rushed last time I got a refill and my nails looked terrible!

Tonya Whitehouse I am not from bellville, my mother in law lives here and we are currently here d/t evacuation of hurricane Laura in Louisiana. The nail salon i use has been closed for some time for corona and then now possibly won’t be open because of hurricane. With that being said my pregnant swollen feet have been neglected for about two months and they’ve gotten worse since hurricane and is going back home to clean and me being bare foot. We came back to bellville and i looked up reviews on nearest nail salons. This salon had the highest reviews with the most happy people. I went today and got a spa pedicure deluxe with a special kit and a nail dip, which i wasn’t planning on but i decided last minute on the dip! There was a gentleman and lady working idk if they are married but they were the sweetest ever! They were so nice and welcoming there. They did amazing work just like the salon i use back home! My pedicure looks fabulous and most of all they did wonders on my feet! My dip looks beautiful! I was so relaxed during the whole experience i could have taken a nap had it not been for my baby kicking up a storm. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and this pregnant chick couldn’t be happier with her experience and product! Thank y’all so much! This place is highly recommended!

Gabrielle Dieste I came in for a dip manicure and a shellac pedicure. There was a man who did my manicure and I felt like he was missing some steps, but I wasn’t 100% sure. After about a week, my nails all begin to lift at the cuticle. I thought to myself, It was a bad manicure, I’ll never go back! My situation was far worse than I imagined! I went in to have the dip polish removed after a week and a half and found two funguses on my nails!!! Apparently the lifting of the nails because the product was not applied appropriately caused water to be trapped and a fungus to grow. I’ve been getting dip nails for at least 10 years and I have never had a fungus! When they remove the polish, they also found that he didn’t properly remove the red nail polish, that was the original color. Again, not allowing the product to appropriately bond to my nails. In addition to this awful fungus that I now have to deal with my shellac pedicure, has started to peel off my toes! I’m new to the area and was trying to find a nail salon and normally do not post reviews, but I would never want this to happen to anyone else! Beverly nail salon is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t understand the service applications that they are attempting to apply!

Angela Lee I’ve been a loyal client of Julie’s for over 12 years, and for good reason—her work is unmatched! A couple of years ago, I moved across town and tried to find someone closer, but no one could meet the high standard Julie sets. She’s absolutely worth the drive. Her attention to detail and quality products make her manicures last far longer than expected. If you’re looking for a nail tech who consistently delivers perfection, Julie is the one.

L I will not go to another Nail Salon! Hana and her cousin Julie have been doing my nails for about 10 years. And now Hanas sister is there doing nails as well! Ruler Rust I had the nicest experience ever at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Lucy did an amazing job on my nails—I absolutely love them and highly recommend her! They even offer complimentary drinks of all sorts, which added such a nice touch to the experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mayra Rangel One of the salons check-in girls was quite nice. The first shot is what I requested for, and the second is her work. I told her one of my nails was shaped a bit more wide and curved down, and she said it wasnt, its the one in the photo that is like that. As soon as I came home, I went ahead and adjusted the form of my nails, I didnt take the before picture because I didnt really mind. But as I looked at my nails, I was dismayed because they did not look like the one in the picture. Still, extremely gorgeous nails.

Trinh Le I’ve been going to this nail salon over a year now and I love the pampering they provide to their customers. Get your nails done with a drink of mimosa or coffee, or two! Specifically, I love my nail tech and friend, Annie. She is very detail oriented and does not rush to finish. She wants to make sure the nails are spot on before you leave! If you haven’t gone to them, go now! You will not be disappointed.

Tee Cee Embellish is the best nail salon in town. I’ve been to the Anderson & this Westlake location and both are FANTASTIC! I’ve tried ALL the other nail salons that are walk-in, less expensive, etc etc etc. THIS is the place. They are clean, & follow all sanitation practices to a T. They know how to give a proper manicure and listen to what you want. There are zero communication issues, no up-selling or “guilting” you into anything. The chairs are comfortable, they give you neck wraps and have complementary water and snacks. You DO need advance appointments but they can sometimes accommodate a last-minute appointment. They are kind and great on the phone. After trying pretty much every nail salon in my area, I always come back to the #1 Embellish.

Amanda Oliva Came here for an early birthday gift for me and came to this place for the first time. I believed i had Julie and she was awesome. Asked for a one color acrylic nail and an eyebrow wax pice was great for her work and i love my nail outcome! Definitely will be coming back here!! UPDATE: Went for 2nd time and did a different color for my Halloween special and got pink with a cute Hello Kitty Ghosts and i love it alot of people gave me positive remarks on my nails!

dre I love the whole team at Luxe Nails & Spa! My family and friends have been coming here for years and they never disappoint! Ivy and her team of nail techs are some of the most hardworking people we know. We always feel like family when we walk in and they always do their best to give us the most beautiful manicures and pedicures. Claire Fritz I love Luxe! All of the technicians are so kind and happy. They have a huge pedicure section and pedicures are their specialty. Ask to see Henry or Julie for an amazing dip manicure. They are forever my favorite nail salon!
