At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!

Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store.
