Hector is top notch and truly passionate about what he does, which makes for a great workout experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey.

5 /5 Natalia Correa: Dedicated is the word I would use to describe the Inspire Fitness team. I started going here in August 2023 after reaching a low point in my health and fitness. I didn’t know where to start but ever since I first went here, I felt comfortable. No judgement whatsoever. Hector made sure of that. He met with me to discuss his plan for me and introduced me to his team. I love everything about this gym. It’s small but has all the necessary equipment to achieve your goals and it’s always clean. I’ve been going three times a week for the past couple of months and have noticed I am more confident in my clothes and able to sleep better. I have grown to consider Hector and Crystal as great friends that I can call on anytime of the day to help me plan my meals or my sessions. They definitely hold me accountable in reaching my goals and do not take excuses, which is exactly what you need in a trainer. I 10/10 recommend Inspire!

5 /5 Rossi Hill: Inspire Fitness is the best. I don’t care for the experience of a big box gym, so Inspire is perfect for me. I’ve been working out with Hector for a year now and he’s been incredible. Hector, and his team of trainers, are smart, caring, community driven, and passionate about reaching goals. It’s a super inclusive and welcoming community/environment that makes it feel less intimidating than the big box gyms, even though everyone there is working hard and doing hard things.

It’s crazy to me how I was 171 January 14th and here I am 15 lbs lighter. My clothes are starting to fit lose and many colleagues see the difference. My diet has changed drastically. It’s hard but not impossible. I’m happy to be at a place where they work with my schedule and kids!
