PITFIT Workout

Caroline Atwell Hands down the best workout in Dallas! Almost 200 classes in the Pit and I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else. Every workout is unique and tailored to different muscle groups, and Chris never stops bringing the energy to class!!

HOTWORX - Dallas, TX - Addison

Autumn Carreon I love coming to workout at HOTWORX Addison. Olivia and Chelsea have been so nice and welcoming. They actually take the time to check in before you start working out and see how you are feeling after. They make you feel like you are part of a community. And they always seem so happy to see you come in. This has really helped me feel comfortable and more confident about coming to the gym and it’s made me more consistent with working out.

Janelle Bass Maggies class was amazing. She perfected my form, pushed me to challenge myself, and had such a fun, bubbly energy. I highly recommend taking a "Body" class with her.

Compendi Strength & Conditioning

Matthew Burns Excellent gym, and Jake the gym owner is awesome. The facility is always clean and organized, and Jake is super easy to communicate with. I’ve never had to wait around for a squat rack or bench like I do at virtually every other gym. Can’t recommend Compendi enough!

Trinity Wilson Grit is the best gym I have ever been to. My health has transformed since I started attending at the beginning of the year. Thank you Anna, Kari, Brit and the rest of my fav instructors!!!

Barrys Dallas

Trevor Hartley I’m sort of new to Barry’s (~50 classes) and have taken classed in Charlotte/New York/Austin and Kelsey is the best instructor I’ve had so far. Music, fire. Warm ups, dynamic. Programming, on point. Can’t recommend her enough. Just needs more classes/week!

Refined Fitness

Mary Anne Wyly Refined Fitness is a wonderful gym, featuring knowledgable trainers, a wide range of equipment, and a perfect location. The trainers take the time to ensure you are using proper form and lifting weights to appropriately challenge you. I have primarily worked out in 30 minute semi-private training sessions where a small group of us is working out simultaneously. Garrett does a great job making sure we all know what exercise we should be doing, adjusting our weights, and encouraging us to keep pushing.

Gray Fit Training & Recovery

Catrina Licudine Coach Robyn was awesome to offer our ruck march participants a complementary recovery sessions! It was our first time trying leg compression and red light theraphy and I feel brand new! Will be looking forward to booking a massage theraphy session with them. Need to add emphasis to recover as much as I train!

Amped Fitness (Richardson)

Heidi Rodriguez I had a great experience at this gym! The facility is very clean, spacious, and has a huge variety of machines and free weights. It was not crowded at 4pm, and everything was well organized. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Bianca, who helped us get signed up. She made the whole process quick and super easy, answered all our questions, and was so helpful throughout. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place to work out!

Trophy Fitness Mockingbird

Guy Incognito Phenomenal gym. I ran it for about seven years. Great trainers. Great staff. Kelley is an amazing business owner. Definitely a hidden gem for Highland Park! Being attached to Pure, you also have access to soak and steam after your workouts! Check this place out!
