Nelson Campos Very disappointed. Took my 2 boys for cuts. One boy in the chair and the 6 year old left waiting. There were 3 other barbers and all 3 declined to cut his hair. Mind you we had been there 20 minutes prior to appointment time and someone couldve cut his hair. No appreciation for business or easy money.

Catherine Williams WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon! My daughter ordered the service she wanted, I was never asked. I had a terrible sunburn, so I only wanted my toenails trimmed and polished. The technician kept trying to apply a sugar-scrub to my legs, then she dipped my lobster red foot into scalding hot wax. I screamed and sunk my foot back into the tub, she then started scraping the wax off my foot with her finger nails! The only thing I was asked was what color polish I wanted, other than that, she never spoke a word to me. The polish was applied sloppy, my toenails are cut crooked and if all of this wasnt bad enough-she charged me $70! I couldnt even ask her WHY and FOR WHAT-because she left before my nails were dry. All I wanted, was my toenails trimmed and polished, I did not need my sunburn sanded down, or the 2nd degree wax burn on my foot. If your nails look rough in Bolivar, go purchase a file and your own polish from the Big Store, and stay far away from I Love Nails!

Sarah Johnson Phenomenal customer service!! We came in with five women, all of us wanting pedicures. They delivered fast, friendly service for everyone. We were treated like royalty and had the most pleasant experience! I love the foot massage and waxing. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Niki Hebert I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! Ive been coming for almost 14 years. Lisa, the owner, has always been so friendly along with the rest of the staff. I went someone else about a year ago, and they totally messed up my ingrowns. This salon knows how to work on ingrown toenails and will not charge u extra for all the time they spend on them. It is like a family atmosphere at Majestic Nails. They also dont try to rip you off. Even when inflation went way up, Lisa still kept the prices low for as long as she could. If you want a GREAT place to go with GREAT prices, this is the salon for you! They dont try to rush u out the door either. They do EXCELLENT work! Just give them a try, you will be hooked!

Mustache Man My wife and I absolute, favorite place to get our nails done. Pedicures and Peppermints, that is the key. Tell your husbands that that fireman on google goes and it is fantastic. If yo are diabetic , the pedicure is great for circulation. I am not a doctor, but my father was diabetic and his Dr. Advised him to go get pedicures to improve circulation. I would consult your physician first… Lisa the owner is so nice and wonderful! Great service, 5 out of 5 on cleanliness, as well as, having spotless bathrooms. Camice Karing It was very hard to fathom why this place has such good ratings. The cleanliness was awful with broken and clipped nails from the customer before me all over the desk. The tools clearly aren’t washed in between use. The color selection is incredibly limited and they take a very long time to do a very poor job. I would never recommend this place or go back

Maria C. Arevalo Think twice before supporting this business with your business! Horrible, awful service... This nail place used to be a good one. HOWEVER, that is not longer the case. In my last experience, having a basic pedicure done, the tools used for the pedicure were obviously not sanitized, the gloves utilized by the technician were dirty and already used, the towels were already wet, and the demeanor of the individual doing the pedicure was unfriendly and very rude. When brought it to the managers attention, he did not care and responded that I only paid $30 for a basic pedicure. I guess a basic pedicure is actually a mediocre job lacking basic quality! I ended up going somewhere else for the manucure. Again, think twice before supporting this business with your business!

Bailey Smith I love love love this nail salon. In fact, I live out of state and will purposely wait to come here to get my nails done if I know I will be traveling to the area. The customer service is top-tier and they do such an amazing job every single time. I got a gel mani/pedi on my natural nails and it tends to last at least 2-3 weeks. They are one of the few salons that still prioritize cuticle care and even relaxing hand/foot massages which I appreciate. They also use tools that come in the clean packaging which is hard to find nowadays. Prices are also so great. Totally would recommend this place and the coffee shop next door too!

Alyssa Johnson This places offers really good prices and decent French tips. I would recommend this place if you’re just getting gel nail polish or just something simple. I would not recommend getting tips as mine came out pretty crooked which is something I asked about during the service but no solution was offered. You can see how crooked my middle finger it is, but luckily I only needed to get one tip as all my other nails were long enough to not need any tips for the length I wanted. Be WARY of getting your cuticles done as well because mine were shaven until several nails bled and they didn’t seem to care at all which is a little disconcerting. You can see a little blood left over on my cuticles. But the overall nails aren’t terrible.

Qui Lashea I will never go to this nail shop again. I came here to get my nails done with my mom and my grandmother. One of the ladies in there I can’t remember her name did my nails, all I wanted was a French manicure. And she jacked my nails up to the T. My 5 year old could do nails better than her. The tip was very uneven the acrylic powder was lumpy and uneven and she failed to remove the access polish from my nails once she was done. She rushed through the whole process. I normally get my nails done in Houston where I live but I wanted to try someone else. I won’t make that mistake again. $30 gone down the drain I’m beyond irritated that I wasted my money on such trash!!! I hope no one else experience what I had to endure... beware!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Jazmine Went here and tried to get an old set removed. Jackson first clipped down the nails then tried to remove what was left of the acrylic from my natural nails with a fake nail. When I told him not to do that because it hurt he looked at me like I was crazy and asked “how else am I supposed to take it off?” I said .. “can’t you use acetone?” And he said it would take too long to do that. I said I didn’t mind waiting. He walked away and complained to one of the ladies that works there. I ended up just leaving and went to another, more reputable shop. He felt that it was okay to cause pain as well as possibly cause damage to my natural nails for the sake of saving time which is pathetic to me. These nail shops don’t care about anything except for taking your money.

Cassy Yearwood The people were nice , however, were in a rush to get us out. My daughter got a pedicure for homecoming to last until the next week because we wouldn’t have the time the day of. It smeared due to them trying to take on extra clients , so we asked to fix even if we had to pay extra. They didn’t put the protective coat on. Now we are home , same day and this pedicure didn’t even last the day much less until next week for homecoming. Such a waste of money.

Payton Vincent I went in for a classic gel pedicure and was there for over 2 hours (I was seated right away too). I did need to get fake nails put on my big toe nails but it still shouldn’t have taken that long especially since the shape turned out terrible. She tried one technique which was literally putting acrylics over the 3/4’s of the way grown back nail and failed miserably then did powder and took an hour, and I ended up with thick blobs for big toes. She kept picking at my skin and irritating it really bad and I told her it’s fine and to stop and she said “I’m almost done” and she ended up breaking my skin open and having to put neosporin on it and told me to go home and do the same????

Nic R I asked for ombre nails that were almond shaped medium – short. Instead, I received a set of fingernails that were not prepared properly. No trimming no cuticle removal. The powder was laid on very thick and the ombre effect didn’t go as expected. I’ve had this done many times and there is a gradual change from one color to another that didn’t occur. I produced a picture on my phone of the shape of nail and length that I wanted to make sure that that was communicated even if there are language barriers. This set was supposed to cost me $40 but I suppose since I chose to do ombre it came out to $60. (it was not communicated to me that there was an up charge or what it was.) I always tip well so the total came out to $80. I’m a little bit resentful because this is not good quality. Perhaps it is my fault for trusting a nail salon inside of Walmart but the prices enticed me and now I know that you get what you pay for. Some people go here and have a great experience but that just wasn’t what happened for me.

Lindsey Smith I favor this place than any other local salons. Every time I came in I am always welcomed and like family. I came here throughout my pregnancy the ladies always took extra care and was gentle. I was VERY nervous about coming after having my baby and I dont have anyone available during the week to watch her so I could come here. I made the decision to just go with my baby. Girlllll let me tell you!!! Everyone was loving on her and the guy came and held her and walked around when she started to get fussy. I felt very relieved this would be a safe place for me to come and bring my baby occasionally if I couldnt get a sitter. 100 recommend! Michelle did a superb job on a special ask polish for my pedicure (mind you I hadnt gone for 5 months and I left here with brand new baby feet)

Heather M I’ve been coming here for mani pedis for the last few years and they always do a great job. I normally get shellac polish and it looks good for a long time. Little pricey but I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Riley This place was the BEST! Had the greatest experience. Alice and Sue did me and my friends nails and they turned out so beautiful. Everyone was very sweet and that along with the atmosphere made for such an amazing time.

Tajay Ferguson Absolutely horrible job. After getting my nails redone 3 times, gel has still started to strip in less than 24 hours after being told it would last at least 3 weeks. Price was $35 extra for gel and is not worth it at all. To pay $120 for a manicure and pedicure with gel that doesn’t even last a day feels like robbery.

I8ahampster Num num This is my first time coming to the nail hut, which is right next to my doctors office. Ive not had my full set of nails and a pedicure. This was a much needed to do for me. I walked in and was greeted right away, the lady explained services and asked what Id like. I picked out my colors and was seated right away. Big plus as a walk in. I had two gentlemen that did my services. I was not rushed any time during my peace of tranquility. Im sure when my cuticles were being cut I took a cat nap. I felt very relaxed. The music was not loud or obnoxious. Many clients in for same thing. The facility was clean, relaxing, good choices for pedicure picks.Menu was very well detailed along with the prices. I personally like that so Im not hit up with a $300 plus price at the end. Im very pleased and happy with the services, the amount spent. Staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. When you see clients coming in and theyre laughing and cutting up with the staff. You know you picked a good place. I live 20 minutes away and will continue to come back.

Rayven Caldwell Upon calling to ask prices about get lashes done she stated over the phone $12 for strip lashes once getting service done she upd the price to $17 stating because they were thicker, which they werent anything special. They were $2 hair store lashes! Instead of just saying the prices vary she clearly added simply cause it was a slow day cause I was clearly the only customer in the shop. Remind you they lasted 3 days. I then allowed a different worker to wax my brows, she waxed my skin 4 times leaving me with this burn mark which is totally uncomfortable walking around with a swollen half shut eye. Im pretty sure you arent supposed to apply hot wax that many times in one session to the same area but me trying to relax and allow them to do their job it turned out a not so good experience.

Nikki Anderson Lisa did my mani and pedi. She was super cool, kind and made me feel welcome. She can do just about anything nail design as long as you show her a picture. I will be going back to this location and request Ms. Lisa when I need a feel or color change. I recommend this salon. The prices are very reasonable and the service was awesome.

Aimee Gary I was very impressed!!! I got a gel pedicure ($60) & I asked to remove my overlay and start fresh with a new overlay and gel polish ($50). I am from Louisiana, but I am here in TX with my husband for his job, and we will be here through 2025. I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon I can use while Im here visiting him. Its a smaller salon than many of the others here, which I prefer. It was clean and everyone was friendly. I liked that they had aprons with their names on them. We were able to communicate well. I was hoping for a better selection on the pedicure options (the longest massage offered was 10 min legs & 10 min shoulder). However, he (Henry) asked me if I just preferred 20 minutes on my feet and legs, to which I said yes. It was probably one of the best massages I have ever had a nail salon. He also set a timer, so I knew I was getting the full 20 minutes. I also really appreciated the warm rice bag on my neck. The massage chair was a little harsh, but I am sensitive. The nail tech (Lynn) was also very nice, and she did exactly what i asked her to. She even reshaped my nails a second time after they were still too square for me. I WILL be returning in 2 weeks for a refill and another pedicure!!!

The Art of Aesthetics Im so happy I found Geneva, she is an amazing and professional nail tech. She is very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest products and new techniques. I have previously been using dip for years but she tried the gel nails on me and Im in love. My hands and cuticles are super soft and feel hydrated for the first time in decades! And last but not least she is a true artist, and free hand draws nail art!! She has the cutest Halloween creations. If you want to be pampered you really need to give her a try. #selfcare

T Mc Where do I begin? I’ve been a client of La Belle Nails & Spa for yrs, prior to their present location but my pain tolerance and patience is now DONE! I previously forgave the bloody toe I was left with after the tech was overzealous when “removing a hang nail”. I was also patient and kind enough to climb around the dangerous construction obscuring the entrance. But to spent so much money, in this economic climate only to receive subpar service on clumpy/ tacky pedi that costed $60+ and after returning 2 consecutive days (to fix it) SEEMS LIKE A DELIBERATE slap in the face as a REGULAR client. See attached photos below. The 2 stars are for the manicure. RUN pass this place for your own good.

Elizabeth Dickey Prices are super reasonable. My nails lasted THREE WEEKS, overlay with French tip. Tony does an amazing job. A friend and I got overlay nails and painted toes $125 for both of us combined! Can’t beat the price or the quality. I’ve tried several other shops in the area. I’m not going anywhere else but HERE.

Alexis Neely I’ve been here a couple times for a pedicure and I’ve like the service. My pedicures always come out as expected and the plain white (no gel) remains as requested. On Saturday, I went around 12pm to get nails done before my daughters Sweet 16 party. On this visit, I got my nails done this time. While getting my nails done, I was questioned over 5 times about getting gel nails, shellac and powder instead of regular white nails as requested. I got really aggravated having to constantly repeat what I wanted. My nails are finally done and I’m getting ready to go wash and I’m asked again if I want shellac polish for an extra $15 dollars. Again, I say no. Very pushy with telling you what you need and what would last or look better rather than listening to what the customer wants or is requesting. Anyways, My daughters and I leave and everything is fine until 7pm. We are getting dressed to leave and my nails are a totally differed color. Brown!!! Mind you, I went to the mall, decorated a hotel room and put clothes on after a shower. I never touched any chemicals, makeup or anything else to make my nails this color. My toes are white while my nails are brown. Same service was requested on nails and toes. Disgusted on so many levels. I spent $150 at the place only to have something totally different not even 24 hours later.
