Christy Recio Teresa and Shawn are incredible vets and we trust our babies with them without question! The vet techs are always so warm and welcoming. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and make sure you have a clear understanding of any procedures, vaccines or needs for your fur babies. Also, I am an overly cautious and helicopter fur baby Mama and the team today were so gracious, sweet and patient with me and ensuring I knew every step of the way what was happening with my pup. I do not trust anyone else to take care of our dogs except for Teresa, Shawn and their amazing Karnes City Veterinary employees.

For the past several years, I’ve taken my dog for sedated shaves (which not all vet clinics will perform) because it is the least stressful and painful experience for my fluffy girl whom snaps at the clippers. Plus she has to be shaved to get rid of yearly stickers that accumulate and tangle in her long hair. My dog is now older (12 years old) and has recently developed a heart condition with irregular beating. Before being sedated for her regular yearly procedure, Teresa personally contacted me to inform me about her heart and her personal recommendation. They were able to perform a light sedation and perform the shave above my expectation without putting my dog’s life in jeopardy. I always knew sedated shaves would not be a forever method. I am grateful the health of my pet was put first instead of jumping to performing a routine procedure.

Jose Moya Had knee injection appointment this AM. Cudos to the staff for getting me in the back in a timely manner. Laid on the table for an hour before finally getting up and checking myself out after getting a refund on my copay. I have seen veterinarian clinics take better care & awareness of their animal patients! If you are behind schedule or have issues you should have staff go to your awaiting patients in rooms or waiting areas & keep folks updated just out of common professional courtesy!! This is suppose to be a 5 shot injection series that started last week. I live 60 miles away and can’t reschedule at the drop of a hat! This completely throws out my weekly injection schedule & literally like no one gives a flip!! So sad of today’s society in general!! Just a great example of unprofessionalism in our work places today!!

Brianna Beasley This clinic is a joke. Dr Mitchell was my doctor and he would come in and talk to me for three minutes, acting like he knew what was exactly wrong with me. He prescribed me and my boyfriend all types of medications. I believe he does not know how to do his job. I got prescribed Xanax in jail and when I got out I went to Mitchell a week later A WEEK and he had the audacity to claim that it looks like I have a dependency on Xanax already? Keep in mind I only was taking the Xanax for a month and then in jail and I came back requesting my medicine in a week. If I depended on it so much why did I wait a week..? Oh and also he said "I might sell it" what kind of doctor is that? He lied and put on my medical records that I could have a dependency on Xanax and all I have is a severe anxiety problem he does not help I do not recommend him at all

Shauntezz Thomas I had an appointment on October 7 and I was pretty nervous buttttt the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff kicked it off with the positive energy, the lovely lady that took my vitals and weight was super kind , and the woman who took my labs was absolutely wonderful . My doctor was extremely helpful and understanding she had a super great vibe and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my health . Unlike most doctors that I’ve seen my doctor took the time to actually explain to me certain things that I had questions about without needing to ask . I’m pretty stoked for my follow up appointment due to the environment and the people . Side note the facility is super duper clean and comfy ! Don’t let the comments scare you away .

Michelle Marie I had no problems with my ex therapist Elizabeth until this past month. She made me wait 45 minutes for the first zoom appointment in which I then finally logged out. I texted her personal number and asked if she forget about me and responds with oh your name never showed up. Then yesterday I confirmed my appointment with her over the phone for today and she said yes it’s confirmed. Explaining she may be a little late. So today at 10 am I logged into my zoom appointment and then I get a text message from her asking if I could reschedule until 11 am. I respond back saying 10:30 is the latest I could do. I waited until 10:35 with no response from her so again I logged off. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior especially if someone has attachment issues, trust issues and anxious attachment problems. I sent her a text message explaining she was fired and that luckily I was not suicidal and got stood up then possibly committing. Some people only need one person to be there for them and she is not dependable.

Ronald Hyde I have been a patient of Dr. Saldana for over 20 years. He has always been very attentive and thorough for my needs. He has promptly ordered tests as needed, and then Followed Up with effective treatment or a referral to a competent specialist. His exam room nurse has always been courteous and thorough in her procedures prior to each meeting with the Doctor. His office staff has also been friendly and courteous in scheduling appointments and promptly conveying information to and from the Doctor and handling prescriptions and refills. I do not hesitate to call his office with any medical issues. He is a great asset to medical community in Karnes County.

Scott Ober I take all my family to Dr. Saldana. Absolutely the best doctor and staff I have seen. Dr. Saldana and his staff genuinely make you feel cared for and my kids love him as well. They are never scared or worried when they need to go see him. He’s extremely caring and gentle with them. He’s the only Dr for us.

Dre I had vision change due to extreme head pain along with pressure. I was feeling dizzy and faint. All they did was a covid test and sent me home saying "theres nothing we can do" the hell kind of ER is this ? No wonder why its 2.9 stars and going lower Took them over 3 hours btw just for that
