Alonzo Magallanes Amazing service and experience, got a pedicure and foot massage done because why not I’m on my feet all day, I get tired and MEN need this too! But BEST of all, there is NO ONE else around it’s the you and Cynthia so no one else sees my feet lol. She also swear she’s seen worse feet so it makes you feel good. So I highly recommended HERMOSA NAIL STUDIO. To ALL, but bros we found a place.

Diana McCuster If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the employees are very nice but the quality of the nails are just not it. I went in for a set and not even the next day one of my nails came off. I went it to get it done again for free which was nice of them to do. But I noticed that these nails don’t even last you a month I barely had these for a week and I’m frustrated. Mind you I payed $70 for these. Please rethink your decision & money lol.

Joyce Lesieur Extremely poor service and poor management! Im pretty sure the owner doesnt care to here, because they did Nothing to compensate me while I was there! First I get seated in a chair that the massage buttons didnt work! I get a man whom should have a manicure (his nails were longer than mine and Dirty) he comes over hit buttons on the chair the remote flashed on and off then he told me not to touch it. Why not move me to another chair that works?! Then the women I get doesnt speak English when I tell her one toe polish is not straight she says another another. Meaning another coat! The polish was thick and old and she proceeded to put 4 layers and and top coat. I knew it would never dry and it was touched up so horribly. When she did put the top coat she only put it on sparcely not on the entire nail so it looked waved and nasty. I will never be back and I will never allow any of my friends of family to go there. Terrible business!! They should have discounted the price since I could not stay to have it redone! Happy Mothers Day to me. Thank you for ruining my day and having to redo my nails somewhere else more professional!

Elena Reyna Underwhelmed is a good word to describe my experience here. I would not recommend if you are looking to get a manicure with regular nail polish. First and foremost, they were friendly and sweet. I could tell it was a family establishment which I think is wonderful, but unfortunately the pleasant environment did not make up a sub-par manicure. Upon entrance, there was not a list/menu of services with set prices. I asked for the most basic manicure with french tips using regular polish, no acrylic/gel/etc. What I received was disappointing for the price I paid. My nails were shaped unevenly, with jagged edges, and underneath was not cleaned out after filing. My manicurist left nail polish residue (which I did not notice until after I left) from my last manicure on multiple nails as she did not properly remove it and it was quite obvious. The french tips were sloppy and uneven in width, I had to ask her to clean up around my edges as she left polish on my skin and even after asking she still left a good bit. It looks okay at a distance, but upon looking closely it is evident that it was not done well. Another thing I noticed is that none of the tools she used looked sanitized, which was concerning.The most disappointing part however, was the price she charged. It cost $30. I was appalled. It was not acrylic, it was a low maintenance manicure, and truthfully it looked messy. I have never paid over $25 for an actual manicure, with a massage, hot towel and lotion. None of which I received. I realize typically french nails cost a bit more, but $30? I could have gotten a pedicure elsewhere for that price. After my experience, I believe this location specializes in acrylic nails because there werent set prices or a service list where I could review ahead of time what I would be paying for and receiving. I have seen the good reviews, but they all seem to be acrylics. In summary, I would not come here if youre looking for a basic manicure with regular polish. Maybe if you were looking for something more complicated. However, even though I had an underwhelming manicure experience, I do want to stress that it is a friendly and inviting space.

Sarah Cano Came to get an acrylic nail removal and was surprised that it cost $20 considering it didnt involve an acetone soak to slowly and gradually remove the nails. It was a slow and painful process of removing nails with another fake nail / nail clippers to chip away at the acrylic. (the customer service was great and they were all kind people - I just dont think it was worth the price and had been quoted $10-$15 over the phone and was made aware it could vary between the two depending on the type of removal).

Amber R Used to love coming here because the quality of the pedicures used to be amazing. Got one done by older lady she kept trying to upsell me on every single thing. Barely even scrubbed my feet. She asked to cut my nails and left them same length and very sharp. She also cut the sides weird now my nails are going to grow uneven. And don’t even get me started on the paint job glad I didn’t get gel. Very disappointing.

sarah villalobos My mom and I have been with Amy for years and the work her and her staff do is amazing! The salon is always clean and the wait times are never unreasonable. I have recommended countless friends and family members and they have never complained or said the service was any less than gorgeous. I struggle with growing my nails, picking at the sides of my thumbs, and ingrown toenails; with every problem, Amy always has a helpful solution and tends to any imperfections without ever hurting me. I have gotten pedicures, manicures, dip, full sets, and eyebrow waxing done and I am never disappointed with the outcome. Amy and her staff know how to help you feel your most beautiful when you leave their salon.

cari blakeslee Unfortunately I was a regular here with Amy every 2 weeks for years but after how I was treated on Saturday I will not be back to this establishment. I went in around 11 am and signed in to get nails done with Amy, she was working on a lady’s pedicure which was fine but the problem was that she never once acknowledged me or even let me know how long the wait would be so after waiting 40 minutes for her to do my nails she still hadn’t talked to me, she would just look over at me and almost seemed annoyed I was there waiting. The lady finally got up after she got her pedicure so I thought I would be next since it was not busy and I was the only one waiting but instead of going to pay she went and sat down at Amy’s table to get her nails done. Amy went and sat down with her and started doing her nails without even talking to me that whole hour I was there waiting, I felt completely invisible. I thought it was extremely unprofessional not to communicate with someone waiting for you especially when I spend hundreds of dollars there a month, this is the reason I will no longer recommend this place to my friends or family. Response to the owner: LOL you all are doing something wrong considering you only have 3 stars. How dare you blame me and write a rude comment back to me when my review had nothing to do with having to wait. Since you had trouble reading/understanding why I gave you guys a one star review I guess I’ll have to explain further. I am not happy with how I was treated by Amy because of how you all train in your customer service skills at this place. It is really not that difficult to smile and acknowledge people when they walk in to your establishment instead of looking absolutely miserable plus she never even said a word to me. Not even a “Welcome to heaven nails, we will be right with you”. There are hundreds of other salons in El Paso that give better treatment than you guys do so I will continue to tell my friends and family to never support this place. Maybe next time you’ll learn how to apologize instead of being rude and blaming your customers, thank you so much for proving my point, can’t wait to see you go out of business :)

Ashley De Leon My cousin and I got our nails done here 4 days ago and the nail tech was rushed and absent minded. One minute shed be doing nails the next shed be stopped talking, eating, or just looking off in space and when she gave us her attention again she couldnt remember what she was doing or what nail she had been working on. She cut my finger when doing my cuticles, didnt clean the polish of my finger that she got on it, the sides got no polish at all on about half my hand, and the gel polish is already coming off. While my cousin who got acrylic nails was left with her nails being uneven bumpy and just overall not done well. I would not recommend this shop not just because of the above mentioned but also because they up charged for everything.

Maria Absolutely LOVED my nails. I am visiting my boyfriend from Austin and needed to get mu nails done. I was super hesitant to get acrylic nails because I’m super minimalist when it comes to my nails but the girls made me feel extremely comfortable and promised they would look beautiful. They suggested I use a simple color and I am in LOVE with my nails. Seriously in LOVE. I cannot wait to come back and do more. Thank you girls!

LBJ V This is the best & only nail salon I will go to in all of El Paso. The salon is so clean, so professional & the staff is so friendly. Each time I’ve gone in, I bring a picture of what I’d like my nails to look like, & the staff does a wonderful job matching the color & design of my wishes. They will gladly change the design if you dont like it. They take their time & I have never felt rushed-even on a busy day. The customer service is amazing and you feel relaxed and welcomed. A true getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Maribel, the manager, is extremely professional and strives to make sure your experience is worth your time and money. M J I made a appointment for my natural nails and chose dip powder and one acrylic fix to a nail that broke off. I asked if there was was a additional cost, I was told no the day before.. it would only be 45. The ladies were nice and pleasant but they lied about the prices.. and messed up my natural nails. I was in extreme detail about what I wanted, the nail tech messed up and told me they could put gel on top of the powder to fix it. I stated I was afraid to do that because I don’t like chunky nails… we picked a gel that I liked and let’s just say I won’t be coming back. The nail tech asked me for a tip which I thought was very unprofessional, they charged me extra for their mistakes but I’m pregnant and didn’t feel like arguing. The worst nail job I’ve gotten in a long time. I paid 63 bucks when I was promised 45, left dissatisfied *** pictures are of nails done after appointment and what my nails looked like before. ****

Connie Pressler This was my first experience at Glo Nails. Although the staff was nice, she evidently did not know what she was doing. I did not even get home before every nail and toe were ruined. I requested Shellac,but she insisted her method was better and would last at least a week. I will not be returning.

Eyekay Gutierrez I absolutely love this salon and the girls who work there. The owners are so sweet and attentive, even if the appt isn’t directly with them. Alex, Celeste and every one there are truly a gem. I enjoy every visit and have created friendships with the techs over time because of their wonderful personalities and work ethic. Highly recommended! And for the person complaining about a $2 credit card charge. They advise you of that beforehand and give other payment options.

You can ask for your own design or totally trust them with their creativity and you will be very satisfied. They are very skilled and innovative on seasonal designs. Love doing my nails and pedicure as well. They are pretty busy and take walk-ins and work with appointments.

Adriana Ponce This was my first time at Nail Culture. I loved it!! It was such a great experience. While booking online, I just clicked on a random nail tech and booked. I’m so happy I picked Alyssa, she’s awesome!! My nails look great and we chatted the whole time. Sabrina Moses I went in for a pedicure and was greeted and taken care of right away. My pedicure was quick, but not rushed, and done very well for a fair price. Upon leaving, I accidentally kicked my door with my toes like a dummy and smeared the polish. Swallowing my pride, I went in and asked if I could pay to have it fixed, but I was told that they would fix it for no charge. I had planned on coming back in the future, but this wonderful customer service just ensures that I will return for every future pedicure. I left very happy, and this time, very carefully as I got in my car.

elvia mendoza I’ve been getting my nails done here for several months and have finally given up on them. Tried them again a few days ago and I got the same lady that did a terrible pedicure this summer. In fact, the owner redid the entire work that she had done that’s how poor it was. This time, she did a basic manicure and left the sides of my nails raggedy, very poorly filed. I had to file them after I got home. The polish did not even cover the sides of my nails. There was no excuse as I was the only customer there at the time. On my pedicure, she did not listen to my instructions about leaving nails rounded, not square. I don’t know what her name is, but I don’t care at this point. I will not be returning.

Lindsey L Needed a last minute pedicure for 3 people, myself and my parents, they were available for and very accommodating even at 6:00 pm! The pedicures were perfect all our feet feel brand new and look callus free. Smooth as a baby’s butt as the saying goes, with pretty painted toes to boot! We were offered a nice cold beverage and the massage chairs are so relaxing with a phone charger and cup holder. I would recommend Diamond Nails to anyone and everyone. The nail salon had a luxury feel at a very affordable price!

Anais Lopez Since moving back i have been to many nail locations and something always went wrong, at Diamond Nails they have always known what to so and immediately correct and error without making you feel uncomfortable or like youre inconveniencing them.
