Lourdes Marquez There are a lot of crazy people on the street !! when I left to my work then I said Im going to Garland at the parkland clinic to pick up my medicine, and when I parked I said, Im going to park a little far in front of the street where the cars pass and this parking lot is alone. I had forgotten to leave the keys of my job and I had them around my neck when I got to the pharmacy. There were old people, no young people around , and no remember he was in the pharmacy, When I came out I saw a car parked behind with a guy who looked like he was from Venezuela or Salvador and He was alone, when I backed into my car he turned his car back, and I braked, he was almost going to hit my car. , and He came out very violent and I looked out the window and I didnt get out of my car, He started yelling that I hit his car and it wasnt true, I looked out the closed window of my car and didnt hit him, he seemed strange to me He was acting looking at his car, so thats why I didnt get out because he started screaming and I told him not to hit your car, I couldnt see anything, then I was waiting for a car to come out and He hit on my window very loudly and I told him thats no good !!! He was followed me and took photos of my car and my plates of my car I had to call the police because he followed me, and He was left and I had to park in a public place and g the police came and they said there is no incident that you crashed his car, its lies, he wanted to assault you, the police said that there are many cases like this lately, that if you get out of the car he will assault you. Thats why I didnt get out because he acted strange. I checked my car when I parked and it wasnt crashed. He wanted to steal my money from my purse. The police already made a report about that boy, he was 20 years old and he was Latino. Salvador or Venezuela, be careful in stores or at the bank, always park your car in front of the store and look around, the good thing was that I didnt open my door for him, he was waiting to assault me ​​outside the pharmacy.

Vanesa This has been my clinic for many years! I am a patient of mrs obialo. . I am also a patient of Dr. Ricardo, the clinics psychiatrist prescribes antidepressants and anticolytics. The problem is that to have an appointment with the psychiatrist or psychological care. I need a referral from my doctor, I asked that they please refer me to my psychiatrist because of anxiety attacks and panic attacks, I really need it but I didnt get a response, they sent me to social work, . . called the parklan psychiatric hospital and they told me the same thing! That I need to be referred. Oh my God ! What do I have to do to receive help!!! They only ask me if I want to commit suicide!!! Im looking for help in time. As doctors, they should know that psychiatric patients have no control over their actions.! This is not relieved with painkillers or breathing!!! This is why there are so many people committing murders! We see it almost daily, mothers or strangers killing their children. It is because of this system that it is so difficult to get help!!!

Amy Muse I switched to Dr. King due to insurance issues and was a little hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews. I had a great experience and so did my son he loves Dr. King and stated he would rather see him. He was very down to earth and is very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff was also friendly and easy to work with. Will be considering making him our new doc of choice.

Aamir Waheed I have been going to Dr King for over 12 years since I moved to TX. He spends the time to diagnose the problem and will put-forth concrete plans to tackle & explain the issue. He has always been so great that I have never considered another doctor. If I call for same day appointment, of course I will get the PA but why should one expect anything else? My son just turned 18 and has already transferred from his Peds to Dr King as his PCP. I highly recommend him and his team

Val Vint I visited this establishment yesterday. I have never in my life experienced such amazing & professional care in any medical facility. They are personable & very helpful. I entered at 1:30pm & was out by 2:58pm having been taken cater of. I highly recommend this clinic! The doctors, technicians, nurses, & security were exceptional & I would most definitely return there if needed. They exceed 5 stars! They are rockstars!

Daniela Mares The nurse who took my son vitals was horrible he had no bed manners horrible !! My son had a fever had to ask him twice to re take his fever and when he knew he had a fever I had to hunt him down and ask him 3 times to give him some meds never came in until nurse James he was the best super nice and if made my whole visit better made my son laugh and feel better!!! They need more people like James and if people don’t have nice bed side manners should not be in the health care specially if they work with kids.

Riya Roy Friend office staffs are very rude . Customer service is very poor. We dont get chance to see Dr Carlson. PA & NP are running this clinic. Could not tolerate the attitude of the staff. Not only one time experience. Even over the phone. I dont suggest this clinic for anyone who is expecting humanitarian considerations from the office of a doctor. I give 0 rating.

Miley Rodriguez My sister went today and said Ana front office was extremely rude that she has never been so disrespected in her life before. She spoke to a supervisor and I really hope she did something about it. Said it was so uncomfortable getting yelled at in front of other customers and staff. She was so excited to go to her appointment today just for her to come home upset. I’m reading other reviews and see her name often. I can’t not believe they still let her get away with treating patients that way.

Curve ball If youre trying to call this location and talk to a real human being thats actually in the Garland VA hospital facility, good luck. It just wont happen. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops, call multiple places, set up appointments, all to get simple questions answered. So unless youre physically in that hospital, you wont talk to anybody at this facility unless they happen to call you.

Laura K. I had a great experience at the Garland VA Medical Center’s dermatology clinic last week. I had to wait quite a bit after checking in, but the dermatologist who saw me was top-notch - she was efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to my concerns. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. There were free snacks available at the main info desk on the first floor. Parking was fairly close and easy. Very satisfied with all aspects of my care here.

Steve Ortiz This office doesn’t care about their patients. They only care about hustling for a quick buck. I confirmed with my insurance that this was my doctor but they said it didn’t appear in their system. I asked over the phone if they could confirm that the change was made and they refused until I came in. When I got there they said my insurance wasn’t their system and I would have to pay $80 to see a doctor….. I was so upset I walked out. You have lost a customer for life. I will be telling my friends and family not to come here. I even offered to get my insurance on the phone and confirm that I changed my doctor to them but they refused. Unbelievable….

Adam Goodchild I wish I could give this place 0 stars. You go in for a walk-in and they make you register yourself. The front desk does nothing to check you in whatsoever. The website then gives you a time that your appointment will be. Since mine was an hour wait, they said I could come back. I came back 5min before the appointment time and still had to wait another 25min. I have also made the appointment before coming in on a separate occasion and ended up having to wait in line behind the people who did not have appointments.

Kassandra A The wait to see the doctor was long despite the facility being empty and google saying it was less busy than usual. Got into the exam room pretty quickly, but once in the exam room, the wait was about an hour... with the facility empty. Also, my daughters prescription was unable to be filled at the CVS that was on file or any, so it was sent back to the Care Now. I was never notified by Care Now that I would have to change the pick-up location. When calling to get it corrected, the front desk lady was rude. I then tried to get my prescription at the location we changed it to, just to be told by the pharmacy that the Care Now never sent it through. When calling back the lady told me it would take time. It had already been a 30 minute wait. Then she told me that the pharmacy I chose wasnt on the street I gave her... so apparently, they never sent it in because of that, but they also never called to try to fix it or notify me in any way. So long story short youll have to wait forever to be seen or get any medication.

LaTaishea Clifton Went here with my son because we have both been sick. Ive been here before and the staff and doctor were great and thorough. This time they were short and not very caring at all. The doctor came in and acted as if she did not want to touch us. Had my son to take deep breaths all the while steadily moving the stethoscope before he could complete his breaths. Mind you my son has bronchitis and I brought him in for being congested. I am pregnant suffering flu like symptoms. I was told my son has a cold and I a viral sore throat. Here two days later, Ive gotten much worse. She was extremely unattentive and so were the staff this day. Get another profession if caring for people is not your thing. I am now preparing to go back to the doctor for a real diagnosis. We will not be going back here service .

Gina S I took my grandson here last night, because he had an injury at school, and needed stitches. Dr. Allison was amazing with him and so were the nurses that helped (sorry I forgot your names, nice guy longish hair and the female nurse that helped while he was getting the numbing shot). They were all very patient with my grandson, and answered the volley of questions he threw at them. They told me what I needed to do to take care of his stitches at home and answered any questions I had. I read some of the reviews before going and was a bit worried, but decided to chance it, with the thought in my mind that if they do one thing wrong, I am outta there! From the minute we walked in, until we walked out, every member of the staff we met were friendly and had smiles on their faces. I would definitely use the again in an emergency, and was grateful they are only about 3 miles from my home, so I did not have to drive all the way to Childrens Hospital in Dallas.
