He truly appears to love his job and those he serves. He totally focused on me and any questions I might have and never makes you feel like he is in a hurry to finish so he can leave and go to the next patient. He praised my unexpected weight loss and truly acted excited over my accomplishment. He encouraged me to keep it up and get even healthier without any judgment at all. She went above and beyond in making sure our questions were answered and also made sure to provide more information that allowed us to understand everything clearly.

Angela Lopez I am a patient at the infusion center, and the care there is so great. Nothing is rushed. Youre greeted nicely by the front desk woman. When they draw blood and insert my IV it never hurts or bruises. They always make sure youre comfortable. I was going to them a couple years ago and the the care was wonderful back then as well.

LUZ M karioowaxa GARCIA Excellent in everything, in terms of attention and professionalism, but I could see that they are not prepared with a place that has everything at hand to treat wounds. Every time they came to treat me, they had to leave the room to look for things that were not in the cabinets and a lot of time was lost while I was bleeding. That was the only detail, I really liked the place, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

D. Jack Davis Horrible experience in ER on 9/7/23. My wife who suffers many issues related to Progressive Supranecular Palsy (PSP), was in with a rebroken arm after a fall. Waited in Hallway from 7am until 7 pm with virtually no care. Had I not been there, it is inconceivable what might have happened to her. When I asked the staff for help, particularly the evening staff, was very unhelpful, always responded slowly and in a curt & uncaring manner. After 12 hours in the hallway & some complaining on my part, she was removed to a room in the ER. Judging from the debris on the floor & the unemptied waste baskets, the room was not cleaned before she was moved into it. Eventually, she is to be moved to a hospital room.she never saw the doctor during the entire day. Overall, a most unpleasant & frustrating experience.

Phil Sigman I find Dr. Shobassy a very humble and compassionate man. I had Colorectal cancer in 2001 and Dr. Shobassy sent me to MD Anderson for surgery. Many doctors would keep you and try to do what was needed themselves, but he referred me quickly to get the best treatment available. I count him a dear friend and he will speak to you in public.

Anita Choyce On February 3rd, I was scheduled to receive blood work and an MRI. However, unbeknownst to me, my insurance was incorrectly coded and the wrong phone number was listed on my paperwork. I was then assisted by Ms. Jeanette D, in the registration office. She quickly informed me that the facility had been trying to desperately reach out to me regarding my insurance. Long story short, Ms. Jeannette to the bull by the horn and overcame ALL obstacles which stood in her way! She even, assisted me with a very cranky and unhappy 18 month old who had been screaming at the top of her lungs which was going above and beyond! Ms. Jeannette got EVERYTHING correct and services were render. Id like to personally Thank Ms. Jeannette and the management team for hiring professional and knowledgeable employees who get the job done!

Mark Carter The patient access dept was wonderful, I had recently changed insurance and Matthew Mace, Mireya Muller and Veronica Muller worked after hours to help me be pre admitted. A very stressful citation was made very easy and smooth.

Long Chana Dr. Ahmed has been a doctor of my children all four of them since they were three and four years old. He’s a good doctor because he listens to the parents. He is no longer with the office anymore. I found that out yesterday I think they should send out a notice to people.

Cassandra Wood Never again, went here with my daughter and the doctor lied to me saying that she was missing 6 shots and that she needed them now. I called her old pediatrician to find out more info on this and found put that it was false. She was completely up to date and those 6 shots were upcoming vaccinations for next year. Terrible place and will never be returning.

Riley Ann Made an appointment and sat there for over an hour waiting in the lobby! Very unprofessional! The appointment was for my infant and he was crying and getting fussy cause he didn’t feel good. Got up and walked out! They have a sign posted in their lobby stating they have a new breastfeeding room available and I asked for it to feed my baby and they stuck me in an old office. Won’t be going back there ever!

Colinda Fulcer Poorly run office with outdated policies and procedures. There is no way to cancel an appointment outside of office hours so that means if you have an appointment on Monday at 9:30am, it must be cancelled on the Friday before in order to avoid the missed appointment fee. Why is there no option to leave a message over the weekend?!?! And not being able to get a referral for insurance purposes without a face to face visit that must be scheduled several days out?!?! Again, WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO HELP A PATIENT MEET INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS WHEN NEEDED so care can start immediately?!?! My mom had knee replacement surgery was unable to leave home for a while. She couldnt get the referral she needed for home health care and PT when she needed it, and her therapy/wound care would be delayed by about a week. This was very frustrating. Thankfully it got approved by insurance so everything started in a timely manner. The staff at this office did everything they could to help my mom, but I cant bring myself to give a better rating because the office is so antiquated. The partners in this practice should really take a few technological steps forward. Gone are the days of the fax machine and discs, doctors. And an answering service would be a good investment as well. The staff is excellent. Those ladies are troopers for working in an out-dated office.

Victoria Cuccia My 10-month-old son was here for 5 days and they took excellent care of him. They made sure he had a crib and was comfortable, despite checking his vitals and iv. All of the staff who interacted with both him and I were amazing and kind and very understanding as well. They truly aim to amek you feel like your being treated at home. So grateful for all the nurses, doctors, techs and even the security staff at the door. You wont be disappointed with the pediatricians or the nursing staff!

Bethany Soucy Hello I just wanted to say thank you to the nurses in the cardiac unit. My father has been in multiple times the last couple of months getting his heart repaired. The staff has been excellent every time we’ve been there. The nurses are extremely professional, attentive and kind. David Picked this emergency room, ignoring the reviews, and glad I did. Even though I was in the most pain of my life, I had an amazing experience at this hospital. I’ve always hated visiting hospitals so I was already dreading having to go. From the time we entered the security guard was friendly and funny, making us laugh even though I was in so much pain. The lady at intake was sweet and got us registered so quickly. Every person we dealt with after this was in a good mood, sweet and caring. Also, everything went quickly which was so appreciated because I was in severe pain. The nurses Katie and Jeanette were super nice and genuinely cared about my pain and explained everything so well. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Another great thing was my vein was not missed which always worries me! I’m not great with MRIs because of tight spaces and the pain I was in. Christian who was my MRI tech was so calming and made sure I was as comfortable as possible! I would highly recommend to anyone in the Fort Worth Area to go here when having a medical emergency. For being one of the largest hospitals in the country, the service and friendly staff was beyond what I expected. Thanks you guys!!

Jordan Jackson I had both my daughters here and their labor and delivery and mother/ baby care is top notch. I was lucky enough to have one nurse for both my girls and she cared for us beyond our few days stay. Kelli was kind and thoughtful throughout both our stays. Evelyn in mother and baby was so comforting and supportive through all the woes of an unexpected C-section and the waves of emotions that come with having a new little one.

elisha Mc I recently visited Waco Family Medicine Pharmacy and would like to express my gratitude for their service to the community. The facility is beautiful, and it is clear that significant effort has gone into creating a welcoming environment. However, I would like to suggest a potential process improvement for the pharmacy to better serve patients. During my visit, I observed individuals who appeared to have difficulty standing for extended periods waiting in line, only to be directed to the drop-off window and then required to wait in line again. I noticed that two windows were dedicated to drop-off services. It may be helpful to designate one of those windows for patients picking up medications after already waiting in line. Additionally, clear signage directing patients with physician-called prescriptions to proceed directly to the drop-off window could help streamline the process and reduce unnecessary waiting times. Tyler S I want to give a big shoutout to Dr. Cover at Waco Family medicine. He is absolutely the best doctor I have had. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He does everything in his power to help solve your medical issues whether you have insurance or not. Every time I go to the doctor, my anxiety is always through the roof in the waiting room and waiting by myself in the exam room. The second that Dr. Cover walks through the door, my anxiety begins to dissipate. He has such a kind, empathetic heart and smile. The first thing he does is shake my hand, gives me a gentle and welcoming facial expression and asks me how am doing. He listens intently with a look of concern as you tell him about your struggles. He is so helpful and reassuring. Most doctors just want to get you in and out whether your problems are solved or not, or they just prescribe you something that’ll make you docile but addicted and dependent. In the exam room, Dr. Cover called a neurologist and waited on hold to make sure that I got in as soon as possible. I have never had a doctor put that much effort and give-a-damn into helping me. I don’t know whether Dr. Cover is a man of God or not. However, whether he knows it or not, he is 100% doing the Lord’s work. God bless you Dr. Cover!
