Viviana Ibarra I went to SALLYS yesterday to get some nail gel on and stickers and the service was very nice both I think John and I forgot the other ones name.
They were very nice and very helpful when I needed help looking for something I need. I would definitely recommend to come back to Sally beauty they have great materials.

Lisa Marie Daniel and John are a great duo and they were very helpful and attentive to not only me but the other customers in the store as well. They were very helpful but not overly helpful like some other stores employees are to where it just becomes an unpleasant experience, Daniel and John were exceptionally great...they gave just the right amount of customer service.
Sallys has done very well with hiring these two gentlemen and placing them in the same store together, because they compliment each other in every way.
They both have a passion to not only serving in the beauty industry but also to making sure their customers are getting just the right products to fit their individual and specific needs, without pushing unnecessary products onto them.
They were highly knowledgeable about their products and very informative. They showed that they cared, Daniel showed concern, asking me if Id had been helped with my last hair coloring since it was a 4 step process. He wanted to make sure I was well informed on everything so that I would be truly happy with my results going forward. I told him that I had done an online Sallys video consultation to get the results the first time and wanted to touch up my roots and revitalize the secondary lighter color on my ends. I wasnt sure if I would need to do another lightener/bleach over the roots since my dark hair has grown back after 4 months since my last process. He asked the right questions to determine that I didnt need to do another bleaching, which I was very happy to hear that I did not have to do that again!
I normally just order my products and then have them delivered to my house from the store, but Daniel and John made me happy to be shopping in store and I will definitely be going back in person in the very near future, and I hope to see them there again.

the store was very clean and well organized, and it was so easy to find everything I needed. They are taking exceptional care of the store as well as they do their customers.

Cynthia Martinez I went to Sally’s to get hair dyed to dye my hair their was only 2 employees and one ran behind so we had to ask one of them for help but from the start she had attitude like if she didn’t wanted to work if you don’t want to work just stay home why treat you’re customers bad I come here all the time and in the morning I always feel welcoming and I get help right away but the lady with glasses had a negative attitude and literally didn’t even gave us a bag for no reason she just said their was no more bags left but that never happens in Sally’s not coming back

Olivia Trujillo Very bad customer service. They close hours before their advertised closing time. Definitely recommend going to a different location. Josh or John was very unwilling to help. Definitely dont recommend this location
