Precious Francis I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this place, went there today to exchange some brand new products (as well as purchase additional products)that were never used and was told I could not. Well you lost a great customer today and also well over a hundred dollar sell. I’ll take my business elsewhere and will never return.

Alana Johnson Don’t shop here. They charged me twice then acted like there was only one transaction & I’m not the only one who has said they charged them twice as well.

Toner Gal I received a gift certificate to come here and Im soooo glad I did! The place smelt really good when I walked in and it was clean. I was greeted by 2 women who you can just tell they love their jobs. They offered me water and gave me a compliment. My back has been jacked for over a month now and even the chiropractor visit didnt make it better. Hands down I have never had a massage like this before. The whole time Jamie was massaging me I felt like hands of angels were touching all the right places. She used some cream on me that felt really good. Im so grateful for whatever she did to me in that room because Im able to stand up straight again without being in pain. I like that this is a one stop spa. These are my gals now. Im a client for life!

Sky Oram Each interaction Ive had with the therapist Jamie has been polite, respectful, and I have always been made to feel heard and welcome. She is very knowledgeable about the body, and I definitely trust her to set me right.

Kelli Taylor I have been going to JTT since 2004. I have had massages, facials, laser hair removal, tattooed eye liner, and just about any other service available! I can honestly say, I’ve never had a bad experience. Jamie and her staff are very professional, friendly, and competent. Come to think of it, I need a massage!!

Ashley Paul I love Island Tans! There’s an understanding between my husband and I that I will make a purchase every time I walk in the doors, because they have the cutest stuff! Whether you’re shopping for a gift or the perfect accessory, they have sooo much to choose from. The girls there are always really sweet and don’t mind sharing their opinions when I need them. The tanning beds and rooms are clean, and I love the Christian music they have playing. Makes for a relaxing and encouraging visit. 5 stars all the way!

Suzy Taylor Michelle and Dong are excellent nail technicians. They are both professional and care deeply about the requests of their customers and the quality of the services they provide. The shop is clean and well-maintained. They offer ample services and color choices. They are friendly, funny, and always upbeat. I moved an hour away and still return to Palestine Nail and Spa for my gel nails, pedicures, and waxing. They are THE BEST!

Brittany Odegard This what happens when you get your nails done but somebody that doesn’t care about their customers. All my nails are cracking straight across the middle, natural nail and all! Let’s than 2 weeks into this set and the worst I’ve ever gotten. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Sarah Shilling I am really disappointed with this salon I had a pedicure and full set done today and the service was terrible. The nail tech, Mary was so rough and a bit argumentative. I asked her to please not put such a large amount of acrylic on - she said it will be fine. (Wth?) It was all over my hands and fingers. She said she will file it out so it won’t be so thick. She did not & when I asked her to at end she was so put out over it and rushed that she cut my cuticles. The pedicure was just okay but my toe nails are so crooked and sloppy it’s joke. They knew I was not happy with my services and just did not care. No initiative to take care of the customer and absolutely let me leave dissatisfied which is the worst part. Had any employee offered to correct their mistakes I would’ve skipped leaving negative feedback.

Krista Marquez First off, dont even bother going to ANY nail salon in palestine if you have high standards for your nails. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time Ive thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. I got long acrylics and the guy used gel nail polish for the tip which left it looking sloppy on the tips and under the nails. I asked for them shorter and he did not want to cut them shorter. I mentioned the bumps in the white tips and he told me "no" and continued with putting the clear gel over it. I also went on a monday morning where it wasnt busy and my shoes were shoved on my feet and I was rushed to the check out. So much for a relaxing nail day with quality service.

Mel Ramos Visited the salon for the first time and let me tell you, I have found the nail heaven! I had a pedi with Kim and it was amazing, she took her time and she was meticulous. Also, I had a full set of acrylic nails done by Tracey and Im so inlove! I showed her a picture from pinterest and thats exactly what I got! Look no further, this is the best nail salon in town!

Cheyenne McNabb The pedicure I received was the signature pedicure, in which they went above and beyond. They gave a leg and foot massage and even did a face mask. I also got a manicure, in which I also got a hand massage, and they did acrylic nails for me with the cats eye nail polish. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I love the service I received, and will be coming back.

Tiffany Petersen Today was my first time at Koi and I got the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time!! You are served with a delicious cup of fresh sweet fruit and your choice of drink. I loved it and my nails are so pretty they both did a beautiful job!! Highly Recommend!!

Eb R Best nail salon I have been to. They are hyper-focused on taking care of their customers (as any business should be). They are not only very gentle but they do a proper job. Im definitely a long-time customer. I always recommend my friends to go to Wendy. The shop itself is VERY sterile and has a fantastic, relaxing atmosphere. Love it!

I was able to go in on a Saturday without an appointment around 9:15 to get a pedicure and I walked out at 9:50 and let me tell you that was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and I only got the basic. I will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed going to this nail salon. Thank you, Lee, for an amazing job!!

B Illuminating Lotus Sps (Illuminating Lotus Sps) Best place I’ve been to in a very long time!! Not only are my nails and feet spectacular but every single staff member had excellent customer service. Each person was kind, thoughtful, caring. I watched them take care of each customer as if they were family. Helping people to their seats, offering a beverage, and helping people through doors. You just don’t see this very often these days. I can’t say enough about this place. I didn’t take as many pictures as I normally do but that is because I was enjoying my time thoroughly. I had a full set of almond shaped nails and the Volcano Pedicure. Amazing!!

Scamps County This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and hoping it will be my last. I started getting sculptured nails in 1980. I traveled quite a bit through my early years and had nails done in every big city and town it seems but the very best without a doubt are the ladies at Kim’s Nail Spa in Palestine, Texas! Thank y’all very much!

Erica Cooper Came in for an eyebrow wax and was made to wait for an hour other customers were serviced before me. Eventually I got tired of waiting and left. Will not be returning.

Sara Lindeman I can see why they have 4.9 stars! They really should be 5s all across the board! Great service. They took their time, even corrected a few things that I didn’t see were an issue. They double and triple checked that I liked it and made sure it was perfect. I even got a free lotion for the Holidays! Check this place out! 10/10

Alicia BoBeesha We travel 45 minutes to get our nails done here. Such a lovely team of people working here! They are so helpful with my elderly mother as well; taking care of her as if she were their own mother. They do excellent work and are very thorough! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

Evie O LOVE LOVE! Lilly banged out my wedding set in an hour and made me feel so welcome and comfy, and the prices are good! The spa is super clean and GORGEOUS! highly recommend!
