5 /5 Sandra Hardaway -Paige: My daughter and I happened on Love, EROS from a Google search. We were in Chattanooga and wanted to get permanent anklets before she left for college. According to Google we were more than 30 minutes away (traffic), I sent a message on the website and received an answer to come on. I think we would have made it and the store would have closed in 15 minutes. When we got there it was an amazing place with beautiful decor. Kim was so very sweet and helpful. She assisted us in finding the perfect anklets. We were so very pleased with the service that my daughter booked an appointment for the next day to get her upper ear pierced! One can purchase shoes, get small tattoos, design and decorate cowboy hats, get permanent jewelry or shop. Just go check this place out! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Kim!!!

The shop is pristine and eclectic, offering true white-glove service for everyone. The staff was incredibly patient with my daughter as she created her charm bar necklace and our matching bracelets. They were understanding of her sensory issues and guided her thoughtfully towards success. They even adjusted her necklace three times to ensure it was absolutely perfect! This shop is definitely a must-visit in Chattanooga!

5 /5 Abby: Kim truly saved the day. Our original artist at a different studio canceled just 30 minutes before our appointment, and somehow we got incredibly lucky to find Kim. She took us in last minute without hesitation, and from the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome, cared for, and totally at ease. She’s not only insanely talented but also so real, kind, and easy to connect with. It felt like we were hanging out with a friend who just happens to be amazing at what she does. The owners are the nicest, most welcoming ladies on the planet who truly make you feel like youve been friends for decades. I could have stayed all day just talking. I came in for a tattoo and left with multiple. The price is phenomenal for the level of care and attention you get! If traditional tattoo shops intimidated you, I implore you to book an appointment with Kim for a tiny tattoo. My partner also got a permanent bracelet and its such amazing quality and the prices are great! You can also get customized hats and charms for your shoes! Sooo cute! Love, Eros is truly a hidden gem in Chattanooga that you wont regret visiting!

The associate who assisted me was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. She took the time to understand my personal style and worked with me to bring my vision to life. This experience was so unique and enjoyable—definitely recommend! EDIT: Coming back to this review to reinforce my 5 stars: the day after getting home, I realized my booking deposit was accidentally forgotten to be applied toward my purchase, so I emailed the contact info on the website.
