heathermorales1 Walked in and the atmosphere is down home. Nothing snooty. Within a minute or two was approached by Mark Chitwood, and asked him how much to fix a chain. He said $15, and itll be do e in 5 minutes. We had just come from Kay Jewelers on Battlefield and they wanted $139 and had to send it out. I would recommend Southern Gold on Brainerd to EVERYONE!!! I will be back definitely!! Thank you so much

Mark Banks Just picked out a diamond ring from Kennedy Jewelers for our 20th anniversary, and the whole experience was awesome. Lorri helped us out and she was fantastic — super helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. The hardest part was my wife trying to decide which ring to go with… they had so many great options. In the end, she found the perfect one and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

After months of CAD drawings and getting them perfect, Henri’s delivered a phenomenal pair of matching rings. Every day we look at them and fall in love over again. It was a very special process and everyone here was helpful along the way. The customer service is unmatched :) wonderful job.
