Kerra Spindler Steamtown Hot Yoga is the best hot yoga studio around. They offer a variety of classes beyond hot 60 & vinyasa that includes barre, Pilates, HIIT, and ballet. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Classes are accessible for all levels. The space at Lace village is beautiful and offer the top of the line features in a heated space work out facility. Plus the owners are wonderful ♥️ . Please check this place out. The community is great!

Nick Sommons Never crowded, able to use any machine. 24/7, great price. Al is a great guy, this place has no online presence and is only word of mouth. Great for people who know what to do in a gym and just need a place to put in the work.

Casey Lewis Excellent gym and staff! Ive probably been a member of every gym in NEPA at one point or another and Ive found my home at FAME! Great programming and tailored to your needs/level of fitness/injuries. I actually enjoy coming to the gym everyday rather than dreading it in the past. Nice equipment, clean facility, knowledgable friendly trainers... what more can you ask for!?

Timothy Naughton Just joined Crunch. the gym as a whole is awesome and tidy / clean . The machines and equipment are new and everyone keeps to themselves or are polite and willing to help if you’re not familiar with the equipment. I had a “kickoff” consultation with Kaz the personal trainer and he was more than polite and willing to give me insights on what will help me with my fitness journey and overall health . Everyone is so kind and supportive and the owners are incredible. If you ever feel like pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, this is the place to be!

Cody Shadle Been a member for roughly 2-3 years. While it hasnt changed that much (besides some new equipment here and there), it doesnt really matter. The staff is incredibly friendly and able to help with just about anything. Equipment is well maintained and the lockers, showers, and sauna are really nice as well. The other members of the gym are also really great and it has a real "community" around it. If you go regularly, youll likely get to know a few others. Of course, theres always people who wont put away weights, wipe down machines, etc, but that seems to be pretty rare here. Amenities are great - towels, soap in the showers, etc. Theres even a point system where you can earn free things mostly just by scanning your tag when you get there. Overall, its a really nice gym with a lot of extras. Membership varies, but the contract is pretty straightforward so you know what to expect in terms of payment. Longer memberships are cheaper per month and theres also the option to pay the entire membership up front with a discount at specific levels. Highly recommended - so much so that after I moved back to PA, I rejoined. Be sure to check them out!

Patrick Coyne The hours are great 24 hours, 5 days a week, the staff is very courteous and professional. The gym is always clean, the workout equipment is all in good working order.

Kayla Rhoads My absolute favorite 24hr gym in the area! They have all of the equipment and machines you could need for any fitness level to help you achieve your goals and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I love it here
